With 2400 square feet of living space all to yourself, our property offers comfort and peace of mind during your stay. Our four cozy bedrooms and additional pull out sofa are equipped with high-quality bedding and mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Our three bathrooms come stocked with ample super-soft towels.

Pets are family too and we are happy to accommodate your furry family members.

You will have exclusive use of all three floors of the home as well as all outdoor areas. The single car garage can also be made available upon request for an additional fee. Your hosts are always available to help through the online travel platform messaging system.

The principal bedroom on the second floor features a king bed and en suite bath with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

Two additional bedrooms on the second floor feature a full bed in one and a twin bed in the other. A large bathroom with tub and shower and a laundry closet complete the second floor.

The fourth bedroom is on the main level and features a queen sleeper. Please note, this bedroom is separated from the main living area by barn doors. There is also a full bath with a step-in shower on the main level.

The basement TV area also features a queen sleeper sofa. Both sleepers feature West Elm ultra comfortable gel memory foam mattresses.

High speed Internet (1 Gig Verizon Fios) is included. All 3 TV's are Smart TV's allowing you to connect to your preferred services.

Guests who stay 28 days or longer will be required to execute a lease agreement directly with the owner.

There are 8 stone steps and then 3 porch steps up to the front entrance. You will need to use this entrance when you first arrive as the front door is the only door with the smart lock code. If you drive up the driveway you can enter from the back of the house where there are 6 deck steps. The key to the back door will be left in the house for you to use during your stay.

Guest will be required to agree to and sign our Rental Agreement which will be provided upon booking.

A refundable Security Deposit of $1,500 is required. Upon booking and acceptance of the Rental Agreement, you will be provided a separate link to pay this security deposit.

Stays greater than 45 nights include a mid-stay cleaning.
