- Bedroom 2: 2 full-size beds.
- Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, great for guests of all ages.
- 2nd bathroom upstairs with two sinks, and another 3rd downstairs half bath.

Located 5 minutes from LSU, right on the LSU bus route for easy campus access and walking distance to several popular restaurants and cafés—making it a perfect spot for foodies, students, or parents visiting town.

Whether you`re here to cheer on the Tigers, explore Baton Rouge, or simply relax in comfort, this townhome has everything you need for a flawless stay.

- Base rate for this property is based on 2 guests, after that each additional guest will have an additional charge per person per night, up to the maximum capacity of the property.

We’re excited to host you in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, please review and follow these house rules:

* Access & Security
Check-in Instructions will be provided on the day of arrival. This message will include property address, door code and wifi information.
The door code is provided only to the person who made the reservation. Please ensure that you share this information with the other members of your group, as we will not be able to provide it to anyone else.
For safety and to protect your reservation, only registered guests are allowed on the property.

* Parking
This property has parking for 2 vehicles inside the garage and 2 additional vehicles on driveway.
Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the street (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner`s expense).

* Deliveries
No mail or package deliveries are allowed during your stay. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.

* Noise & Respect for Neighbors
No loud music or disruptive noise, especially outdoors or in common areas.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests.

* Smoking
No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home. A cleaning/deodorization fee of $200 will be charged if this rule is violated.
Smoking is allowed only outside and away from doors and windows. Please do not throw cigarrete butts on ground/grass.

* Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please treat the space with care and report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements.
Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge .

* Guest Count
The number of guests must match your reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximun capacity of the house will be charged.

* Security Cameras
For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras.
For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties.

* Parties & Events
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. In violation of this, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $1,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.

* Pets
No pets are allowed. Violation of this will incur in an additional fee of $250.

Excellent home with all the amenities you would need for a very comfortable stay. The home seems very new and decorated nicely. All rooms were very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this property and would stay here again!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of six. You are provided one set of towels for each person, so you do have to keep washing them if you are staying for a prolonged time. The location is very close to restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely return in the future.

Wonderful property!

We had planned this trip with only 8 weeks notice for our daughter's wedding since her fiancé was being deployed unexpectedly. We had originally booked a different property that turned out to be like Nightmare on Elm Street gross and spent our first night in BR in a hotel. I contacted this property's owners and they were so wonderful. They got us into the townhouse on Sunday afternoon. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The night before our daughter's wedding, we had all the young ladies from the wedding party stay over so they could all get ready together on the wedding day. There was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Baton Rouge, it was close to every where we wanted to visit especially LSU.

quick stay- limited kitchen items

This condo was clean, the location was great, and communication was excellent. However, the kitchen was missing the essentials when traveling. The stove only has one rack and limited cooking dishes and pans. Overall, it was a great stay, just limited kitchen items.

Wonderful, peaceful stay.

Four of us attended the waterfowl expo. Nice and clean place to stay and rest after driving 6 hours then walking 4 plus hours on Saturday. I would recommend this property.

Convenient Location, Worked Well for Our Group

The townhouse was easy to access. Conveniently located to LSU and the various baseball fields we had tournament games at. Had the basics you need, but could use a few more kitchen utensils and drinking glasses. Overall, worked well for our group and met our needs. For VRBO's, definitely had the sense this was a managed property rather than a family owner that provided little extras. (Note: Living room furniture did not match the listing, neither did the counter stools.)

Great stay

This condo was as advertised - very clean, roomy and well equipped. We liked the twin beds for our grandkids plus a king main bedroom and another bedroom with 2 queens. Loved that we could park the car in the garage - didn’t have to unload everything. Location was great. Will definitely check if this is available next time we come to Baton Rouge.

My stay was nice. There were some things that could have been better. There were areas that could have been cleaner. The pull out couch upstairs was broken. Overall our stay was good.

Excellent Customer Service

Property Manager / Owner was very attentive and took care of our needs. His cleaning crew had failed to clean the apartment correctly prior to our arrival (no fault of the property manager), but Mateo and his team jumped right into action and provided us a full refund and was more than accommodating for our needs. I would 100% recommend staying with Mateo and his team again. Excellent job!

Amazing home and awesome host.

My workers stayed for one night at this place. They said Mateo was an amazing host and greeted them upon their arrival and walked through the house to them. The house has brand new furniture and appliances.and it is very clean. For sure we will booking with him in a very near future.
