We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you experienced what you described as a cigarette odor upstairs. We take concerns like this very seriously. During your stay, we maintained regular communication and encouraged you to reach out directly with any concerns. While several items were brought to our attention and addressed promptly, a smoke odor was never mentioned. Had we been made aware, we would have immediately investigated and done everything possible to resolve the issue while you were still at the property. As hosts, our goal is always to provide a comfortable experience and respond quickly whenever something isn’t right.
