Luxury Elegant Model Home

This newly built home is the ideal location to stay where you can unwind with the whole family. With access to numerous amenities, the house includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen and backyard are completely accessible to guests so they can take advantage of the home's comfort. The house is close to some fantastic shopping and dining areas that are worth a visit.
It is a Luxury Elegant Model Home that includes 1bd/1ba unit, a separate unit next door. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged, please let us know if you want that 1b/1b unit during your stay.
Easy access to 5 and 99 freeway. Around 20 minutes to Sacramento, very convenient to numerous shopping venues, restaurants, grocery and almost everything in Elk grove. it doesn't get any more convenient for family stay, traveling professionals and corporate business trips.
The reserved Airbnb is for the 3 bedrooms which is the main house. You will have a private entry, and full access to the backyard, kitchen & driveway parking.

Also, you have access to the 1bd/1ba unit, a separate unit next door. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged, please let us know if you want that 1b/1b unit during your stay.

1B/1B Description:
1 Full Bathroom + 1 living room with a mini kitchen countertop, 1 oven/microwave combined, and no stove.
It has 1 queen bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room.
We will strictly enforce the no partying. We respect our neighbors and want to be good stewards of the neighborhood.Please Read and follow the House Rules and Policies below. Thank you!

NOTE1:NO smoking, NO drugs, No animals, NO party or gatherings !
1. No parties/events 2. No drug/weed/smoking use in this house. If evidence is found, there will be a $150-$300 extra charge 3. Quiet hour from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am 4. NO PETS ALLOWED. NOTE2:Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is facing the front door, and 1 camera is facing the garage door, and 1 camera is facing the front fence door. The cameras are outward facing and do not investigate interior spaces. The cameras and doorbell record video and sound when activated by motion.
NOTE3:Please be mindful of toddlers and infants in high chairs. Never leave them unsupervised. Any injuries sustained as a result will not be our liabilities and responsibilities.

We were in Sacramento for our son's wedding and needed a place big enough for our family members to stay. This house was perfect. Large, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, huge kitchen and living room, large outside gathering area. In general, a very large upscale home. Would definitely recommend this house for family stays.

This is house was not setup to be a Vacation rental. Warm water was very intermittent, and only lukewarm, in the master bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom downstairs, with a broken on-demand hot water heater. The host was not proactive in resolving the problem. 5 professionals shared 1 bathroom for showers. Lastly, the kitchen is not well supplied with tools & utensils, and what it does have is very low quality.

Hot Water Issues

The house is located in a great neighborhood and is beautiful! The host is very responsive. However, when trying to shower or use the bathroom sinks, hot water is an issue. You have to push a “button” in order to try and get warm water in ALL of the bathrooms. Showers were at best, luke warm. We were expecting the 2 sofa beds to be pullouts of some kind and they were regular couches. This made it difficult to sleep on. The guests in our party reported that all beds except the master bed were extremely hard and uncomfortable!! The master bathroom was very spacious and provided a lot of room for several girls to get ready in. The main living room, can only seat 5 guests (it only had a couch and loveseat) which made it difficult for our guest of 9 to come together.

The property is beautiful on the inside. The outside doesn't present very well. Plants are dying and there are a lot of tall weeds in the front and back yards. The kitchen lacks a lot of basic things (like towels, for example). The beds are comfortable, there is lots of space and the bbq is quite nice. It's a main neighborhood street, but a quiet neighborhood.

Our stay was awesome! I recommend this property if you want a pleasant stay. This property had all of the accommodations we needed to make our stay comfortable. This is a beautiful property. Lydia our host was awesome. She communicated with me ever step of the way to make our stay welcoming. Lydia thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. If available I'll stay here again. This property is located in a good area near everything (restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, attractions, entertainment). Everything was at our fingertips. Perfect

Our group of ladies gathers each year, and this home is by far, the most perfect place. Huge kitchen for us to coo meals together, large dining table to gather 'round, and plenty if beds and baths for all. Lots of breathing space. Another wonderful weekend.

Spacious home

This was a great home and location for our family totalling 11 people. The house was quite spacious and in a perfect location for attending a family wedding at a nearby winery. Our young girls enjoyed the upstairs spacious "landing" equipped with a stage and several guitars. It should be noted that one of the "bedrooms" (including the third full sized bathroom), is located in a separate "gen-X" type unit with a separate entrance. It worked fine for our family but might not for all groups.

Spacious House

We stayed at this well kept house for a weekend with our family. It was very spacious and accommodated everyone really well. The host, Lydia, was really responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Better than it looks

The property is better looking and more spacious than it looks, the pictures don't really do it justice, we only regret not staying longer. The host Lydia is incredibly responsive, even gave us tips for day trips to Napa or San Francisco, her recommendation ended up being the perfect setting for me and my fiancee's engagement photo shoot.

Excellent time at Elk Grove

This spacious house was the perfect place for our group of seven for our yearly get-together. The kitchen was plenty big enough for a few of us to cook together and all of us to gather around the huge island. We enjoyed sitting for meals together in the dining room. We booked the 1 bdrm/1ba space also, which gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our own space when we needed it. We would definitely recommend!
