Discover the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Nestled in the heart of West Hartford Center, explore the vibrant Blue Back Square, just a short walk away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The Delamar Hotel is also nearby for added convenience.

Step outside onto the expansive deck, complete with a gas fire pit and grill. After each stay, the home undergoes professional cleaning, ensuring a fresh and welcoming experience.

You will access to the whole house. The washer and dryer are in the basement (access from the kitchen). The pack n play is in the master bathroom closet and the baby gate with the highchair in the closet to the left of the fireplace.

Everything is 5-10 min walking distance or 5 min drive.

On a main road, due to Police station on the same street, sirens do go by the house at anytime. You are allowed to park 3 cars in the driveway, and no overnight off-street parking is allowed, or you will get a ticket. Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm street parking is allowed.

Beautiful house with so many thoughtful, useful touches (bedside chargers, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of nice towels, etc). Everything was so clean and welcoming, and the neighborhood was close to a variety of shops and restaurants. We had a comfortable, relaxing, fantastic stay, and would love to come back!

Exceeded expectations

This home was very well appointed and in the absolute best location. The beds and bedding were super comfortable and the kitchen and baths had everything you need. Check in was seamless and Mark was very responsive and an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great house.

This property and its location were perfect for our stay in Connecticut for family celebrations. Not only is West Hartford a great town to visit with all of its restaurants and shops, it’s close to the interstate and centrally located to many towns in north central CT that we were never more than 30 minutes from where we needed to be.

We were in town to celebrate birthdays and Ash Wednesday. We loved the house! It’s perfect from the aesthetics to the location. I cannot rave enough about this rental! The host is gracious and responsive highly recommend this rental.

We loved staying here while we visited our daughter who attends Trinity. Right in the heart of West Hartford, it is a great house in a great location. The beautiful back deck is an added bonus.

Convenient - clean - all the amenities

Great stay in West Hartford for a 2 day lacrosse event. Check in was easy, communication with Mark was speedy and the house had everything we needed including the ability to wash some dirty clothes. Fresh coffee and water supplied and nice evening walks to town for dinner. Cannot beat the location.

Perfect for my weekend trip

The location was amazing! Although on a busy street, it was quiet and still a perfect walking distance from everything. Plenty of bars and restaurants just a few blocks away. The host was super easy to reach and the home was clean and well stocked with essentials.

Felt Like Home

Quaint historic property, perfect for our stay in the West Hartford area. Situated conveniently to the town center with easy access to the highway. Property was well equipped with basic amenities, very well maintained and clean, spacious rooms with tasteful decor, lots of attention to detail. We felt very comfortable staying at this property and hope to revisit someday.

Beautiful Home Close to Downtown West Hartford

The house was exactly as pictured - beautiful and super clean! The beds were also very comfortable, showers had great water pressure, and it was a quick walk to the main area of downtown West Hartford with delicious restaurants and fun shops. I also enjoyed walking my dog on the Trout Brook Trail, just across the little river from the house! I’d definitely stay here again in the future.

West Hartford Gem

Our expectations were exceeded. The house was very clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Location of the house is excellent, only a couple of blocks away from Blue Back Square. We could walk to the library with my 2 grandchildren or drive to the Children's Museum in less than 10 minutes. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Wonderful home in West Hartford

Steps away from great shopping, bars and restaurants at Blue Back Square and charming West Hartford. Spotlessly clean, quality linens, comfy beds and an array of little details you don’t see in an average Vrbo. Mark has created an oasis. We would happily return and plan to. 😀

Christmas in West Hartford

Was born and raised in West Hartford. Parents moved into a local independent living property recently and we needed a house for Christmas. We couldn’t have made a better choice. House was everything it claimed to be. While it was way too cold for Floridians like us to walk to Blueback and the Center, both are definitely walkable. Will absolutely return and use Mark’s properties again in the future. Book it!

Great house!

The house had a ideal floorplan. The first bedroom had its own large bathroom and the second bathroom serviced our guests (three adult children). The house was really clean and large and had everything we needed. Just a tad cold upstairs (I think because of the age of the house) but we just turned the heat up to take care of that. The only complaint I would have is that it does have a side entrance (not front) which was a little confusing when we got there. After that it was fine! We enjoyed our stay and would select this house again.

Nice, acclect home in a great location

We had a great time in the home. My family of 5 stayed to explore the area. We were central to everything. There was a slight delay entering the property that was resolved very quickly and with no issue. Mark was very responsive. The home itself was very acclectic and fun. We felt very comfortable there. It was also stocked with many thoughtful items such as bottled water, ear plugs, books, etc. to help make our stay comfortable. It was a short walk to several blocks of amenities in West Hartford. We will plan to stay again if we're in the area.
