Situated in the Rose City Park neighborhood, and centrally located just 3 mi from PDX (Portland International Airport) and a quick 15 min drive from downtown w/ effortless access to public transit. Our cozy 1919 craftsman features original hardwood floors and built-in cabinets as well as an updated kitchen and bath. As my family’s primary residence that we make available during extended periods away, the house is furnished and equipped with amenities that many short-term rentals are not.

The single bedroom features a queen bed and dresser, as well as curtains and blinds for privacy, a closet, and an iron and small ironing board for your convenience. There is a quiet, high efficiency AC unit in the bedroom window in the summer, central heat in the colder months.

Full bathroom with abundant counter space, complementary natural body wash, shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hair-dryer.

Our kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, sink microwave, drip coffee-maker, French press, plenty of counter space, a kitchen island with stools, and all the essentials for cooking or reheating leftovers from the many nearby restaurants. Please see photos.

Complementary organic coffee and tea are provided.

The open concept living room features a cozy couch and large Smart TV as well as a second couch that pulls out into a queen-size bed.

Please feel free to enjoy our back deck and front porch, both of which are surround by lush gardens. You will undoubtedly meet our flock of urban chickens. They have big personalities and are lots or fun to watch, but we ask that guests please not attempt to handle them or go into their designated area.

Ample free street parking is available in front of the house. Please consult with me about the availability of driveway parking during your stay.
