Wonderful n convenient

We are renovating our home my Mother 86 didn’t want to be exposed to dust and paint fumes she absolutely love the place it’s decor from tile to furniture and even back splash her favorite room was the bathroom she jus loved the decoration and shower door Thank You

Cute little place

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our quick stay in Tampa The host was responsive and the location was perfect. The apt was just the right size for us and was clean. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the Tampa area. The only thing I would recommend is a new microwave and maybe having a broom available. Otherwise, no complaints. Thank you very much for renting out your place to us.

It was a clean place and the host was amazing at communicating. It didn't earn 5 stars because it's not an apartment. It is only a tight bedroom kitchen area and bathroom. There is no place to sit. So it's great if you're looking for a hotel room and not planning on spending time in it. It does have many conveniences like an electric kettle.

Stayed here 2 nights, were barely in the unit. Somehow we get blamed for “breaking the bed” and charged a ridiculous amount (more than we even paid to stay here in the first place) without the owner even trying to reach a resolution via communication first. The “proof” provided was very obviously staged, and we still cannot rule out whether they broke it themselves. Charging over a thousand dollars as a deposit to stay is absolutely insane and we should have realized it was a scam before booking. Don’t repeat our mistake! Calling this an apartment is also misleading, it’s more like a college suite. DO NOT stay here unless you want them to scam you!!
