The Space:

You'll be within 20-25 minutes of the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald waters of Panama City Beach, Pier Park, the PCB sports complex, and events like Gulf Jam, yet out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.

Relax on the comfortable queen-size bed or fold out the couch to a queen sleeper sofa and get cozy in the living room. Enjoy a movie night with Netflix or your favorite streaming app on the flat-screen Smart TV, or step outside to the second-story deck and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

Plus you can stay fit while on vacation in the weight room/gym located in the garage. It comes with a squat/bench rack, incline bench, T-bar cable machine, leg press/leg curl machine, dumbbells, bands and other fitness items. This space is completely yours to utilize while you stay.

Although the suite sits on a shared property with the main house (separate Airbnb listing), you'll have your own private driveway and entry - completely separated and fenced off from the main house.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire guest suite and the LEFT side driveway. The driveway on the left looks like it goes to a garage, but unit is on the back side of that. There is a smart lock for convenient check-in whenever you arrive.

The gym can be accessed through the first level of the suite by the entry door.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood.

Just a few blocks from the main road that leads to shopping, restaurants and beaches. 25 minutes to the sandy beach, 30 minutes to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park, 20 minutes to the new Panama City Beach sports complex. Enjoy the backyard space to unwind and enjoy the quiet of the area.

Situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood with easy and quick access to shops, restaurants, attractions and everything else you may need for the perfect beach vacation.

Other Things to Note:
Palm Paradise is a two-home property and there is a main home that is separate from your space. It is a completely separate space and both homes have separate driveways, door codes, and outdoor spaces so they are completely private. It really feels like two separate homes because there is a fence between the two, but you may see other guests on the back patio or backyard of the main house.

Please note that Early Check-In / Late Check-Out are subject to the demand of our cleaning schedule. Feel free to request and we will do everything we can!

For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking.

GENERAL:
Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking.

SMOKING:
Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without refund, for causing smoke damage and a smell that is extremely hard and costly to remove.

NOTE:
Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result to extra charges or eviction.
