Peaceful, beautiful views bring everyone together with 60 feet of outdoor covered deck space featuring outdoor dining, hot tub, fire table, and relaxing daybed swing. Weber BBQ grill on the roomy front porch, and enjoy a fun-filled game room!

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
📺 Wi-Fi /Roku Television: Cabin is equipped with fast wifi and 4 Roku TV's, so byo passwords for Netflix, Amazon, etc. just like at home. **TV's will auto sign you out when you leave!!** We do not have cable.

☕️ Coffee: We have a Keurig combo regular drip style coffee AND K-cup brewing. We provide a start of coffee and a k-cup to cover your 1st morning, filters, and condiments (syrups, and creamers). You may need to bring extra for your trip.

- We provide hand soap, trash bags, and a start of toilet paper and paper towels. Also 1 of each travel size complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, which will be in each bathroom. You may need to bring extra for your trip.

- Other toiletries like dishwasher soap and laundry pods provided (starter set for most 2 day stays). You may need to bring extra for your trip.

- This property has one exterior camera overlooking the grill/driveway area for your safety.

LOCATION: 🏡⛰️
**This cabin is located on a mountain, near the top. The road and driveway are 100% paved. Drive slow and swing wide around the curve at the entrance and you’ll have no issues! A full size truck, Toyota Prius, or even a minivan can make it up no problem! Not recommended for modified low-rider cars or novice motorcycle riders. 4 wheel drive recommended during winter months/snowfall.

- There are some other rental cabins on the road, but you will still have privacy and feel very secluded!

- TRAVEL INSURANCE: We Highly Recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected travel related issues as there will be NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

- HOT TUB:
Upon check in the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest. However, it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK

- CRITTERS: You will likely see and hear critters. Remember, this is a cabin in the woods/forest. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out.

- This cabin (built in 2023) has a metal roof with vaulted ceilings and no attic. You will hear peaceful rainfall on the roof during heavy rainfall. You will hear anything that walks on the roof.

- CHECK OUT: Instructions will be sent the day before checkout and instructions are also listed under “house rules”

(RENTAL AGREEMENT)
By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the rental terms set forth in this listing and this document.

***Cabin Rental Agreement**

1. Check-In time is after 4pm and Check-Out time is by 10am. This gives our housekeeping crew time to prepare for the next guest. *Late check-outs/early check-ins will have $50 charge.

2. The primary renter must be at least 25+ yrs. of age and present during the entire stay...No exceptions.

3. Eight people max occupancy including children! If max occupancy is exceeded we will know and have the right cancel your reservation without refund and you will be asked to leave. No more than 8 people are permitted inside the property at any time.

4. Three vehicle max parking. All vehicles must be parked in paved parking area in front of the cabin. Parking on the street is not permitted. Illegally parked cars may be towed at your expense.

5. We do not give refunds due to the weather or natural disasters. This includes issues out of our control such as road conditions, power/internet outages, etc.

6. We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you may need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps,etc.

7. No pets of any kind! If you bring an animal of any kind inside this cabin there will be a $150 fee charged and you may be asked to leave without refund.

8. Hot tub -(No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tub at anytime without adult supervision). Remember when using a hot tub that certain health-risks are associated. Use at your own risk! Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, re-fill and replenish chemicals before your arrival. It may be later that evening before it is hot and ready for your enjoyment. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON HOT TUB COVER -They can break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub to leave the lid closed so hot tub will stay warm.

9. Septic system: The septic system is very effective, however it can get clogged if improper materials are flushed.. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime! If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system you may be charged for damages up to $1,000. Absolutely no grease to be drained in any sink or toilet!

10. Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted

11. Keep doors closed during your stay to help keep bugs/critters out. You are in the mountains.

12. Please do not throw any food or trash off of the decks. Respect the mountains.

13. Bears: There is a very good chance you will see bears near the cabin; do not feed the bears! Also, do not leave food in your car as bears can damage you vehicle trying to get to food and we will not be responsible for such damages.

14. This cabin is privately owned/managed. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injury, or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise.

15. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, air hockey, arcades, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless if substantial. It is our home. Please treat it as if it were your own.

To help our housekeeper prepare for the next guest follow rules below:
1-Empty the refrigerator and freezer completely .
2-Please discard all trash BAGGED in the outside bear-proof trashcans located in the driveway.
3-Please load all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run cycle. .Soap is provided .
4-Place all used towels in shower.
5-Make sure all windows and doors are shut and locked.
6-Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
7-Must be checked out by 10am.

Failure to comply with all above rules will result in non return of security deposit and possible additional charges.
