Capturing the opulence and charm of a bygone era, the building is now one of the most desirable and luxurious suites in all of Eureka Springs. Boasting impeccable furnishings and luxurious amenities, this downtown Spring Street destination provides a unique experience unlike any other. Bask in the elegance of the two jetted hot tubs or venture out to explore the vibrant nightlife of Eureka Springs.

Enjoy a beautiful, newly remodeled condo - perfectly located on Spring Street! We offer a free designated off street parking and we’re walking distance to all of the action downtown!

You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

We are here to answer any questions you may have! We’ll also give recommendations on our favorite places to visit while enjoying our beautiful town.

We are located in a safe neighborhood in the Historical District in Downtown Eureka Springs.

We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, to get a tour of the town.

For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.
Please ensure the stove fan is on while cooking.

Great Location

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Very clean unit, perfect size for small family. Nice outdoor space with firepit and hot tub.

Great location getaway

The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything we needed. Nicely renovated but still unique. We had all the essentials we needed. Also had great outdoor patio space.

Will definitely stay here again! The location was PERFECT, the space was very modern, nice and clean and had all that we needed. We enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the large, covered deck so we didn't need to use the hot tub or firepit communal areas. I wish there was a shelf in the shower and condiments like creamers, sugar, ketchup packets, etc but we did enjoy the snacks and water left by the host! Great communication and easy in and out.

Walkable to everything downtown and if you cannot walk the steep hills the trolley stop is right outside. It’s very quiet and peaceful.

When going to Eureka, we will stay no where else. It is perfect. Clean, furnished, quiet and close to everything.

Cute space!

Super cute, and close to everything! However the couch bed is like sleeping on a brick, also the fire alarm went off at 8 am and the entire building had to evacuate because another room was cooking. We were woken each morning to someone stomping around in the room above us. If you are not there to sleep in... great spot!

Great getaway!

Last minute getaway for 2 tired parents! Easy booking, check in, etc. very very clean! Comfy bed, plenty of towels and 2 nice robes. We enjoyed the very clean hot tub. Didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit due to rain but they have a great set up. List of recommendations was nice and we tried several places that were great!

Outstanding location & communication from and with the owner....we'll be back!

Aspen was so kind, friendly, and readily available for all our questions. We were able to check in a bit early which was so nice for parking. I can't say enough about this property. Being able to walk to the shops was the best. We have stayed at many rentals in Eureka Springs over the years. This was the easiest to book and enjoy and was so nice all around. It is definitely at the top of our list. Thank you!!

Weekend getaway

My husband and I frequent Eureka Springs and always stay in the outer loop and this time we decided to change things up and stay downtown. I’m so glad we stayed downtown because we had a great time. But I’m also glad we chose this place because it’s so beautiful inside and out. They did an amazing job of restoring its natural beauty while also giving it a modern and luxurious feel. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Nice property and good location. It was a little misleading as we were under the impression that we would have a private hot tub and outdoor space. There were two of these for 6 suites. The shower seemed incomplete as there were no shelves or racks and we had to lay our soap and shampoo on the shower floor.

Too many people in the same building

Liked everything about the place except the amount of people in the building. To many different groups stayed in the different suites and it was very loud. So loud that we had to leave 2 days earlier than we payed for because we literally couldn’t sleep cause of the noise. Lot of money wasted. The suite was spotless and everything else was great before the weekend got there with more people.
