We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was very clean, comfortable beds, perfect amenities. Added bonus was the little deck overlooking the village courtyard. Fun and lively place to rent.

From the moment we arrived at European Street Village, something felt off. The parking garage felt unsafe, the hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the overall property seemed rundown.Our room had a musty odor with possible mold and was right next to a neighbor yelling at her dog early and late at night. The bed sheets had skin flakes on them. The TVs wouldn’t connect to the internet despite the host insisting Wi-Fi was working, and our concerns were brushed off. The TVs had no cable. After reaching out to the owner and getting no real resolution. Hrs after the host was told about the tv issues. The host ignored the problem until brought up again. 11:30pm the host asked if we wanted a technician for the tv issue. Who wants a technician in the room at midnight on vacation. We chose to leave at 1 a.m. even though we had another night booked.It also would have been helpful to know that all the shops are closed on Mondays. Overall, it seems like a place that may have once been nice but is now poorly maintained. We wouldn’t stay again.

We take all feedback seriously, but we are disappointed by this characterization of the stay. When the guest reported a TV issue, we immediately spent several hours on the phone with the service provider (Spectrum) to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, the guest declined to provide specific details or verify if the issue persisted across both TVs in the unit, which hindered our ability to help. Once it was confirmed the high-speed Wi-Fi was working perfectly, it became clear the request was for a refund rather than a technical solution. As highly-rated hosts, we always stand by our properties and provide refunds for genuine, unresolvable issues, but we cannot fulfill requests based on incomplete information.

Charming condo

We had a wonderful stay at this charming condo! The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach, and great restaurants.The balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee, and the community amenities added to the experience. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat!

Cute and well located!

We stayed in Aruna's condo to visit family in Palm Coast over Thanksgiving. The location was great and the condo was perfect! It had everything you'd need for a short stay and was very up to date with nice furniture and very cute decorative touches. Aruna was super responsive as well. I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect place for our needs

We attended a wedding in the area and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Lot of night life in the Village for a bite to eat or drinks. Our specific unit was very nice, with recently updated amenities and everything was top notch. Loved the Check-In instructions: detailed and easy to understand. Aruna’s communications were delivered without asking and included all needed info for a hassle free and enjoyable stay. Would be my first choice if staying in the area again.

Elavator not working for 4 days had to go down 4 flights of stairs. I think we should get a small refund for the inconvenience. We are 75 years old and have health issues. No one seemed to care at all. Not even the host. You all got your payment for the place expected for everything to be good. Verydisappointed

Unfortunately, the elevator issue was unexpected and beyond our immediate control. However, we did provide alternate instructions for guests to use the elevators in the adjoining building during this time. We also want to inform you that the condo association worked diligently to rectify the situation, but it took longer than usual due to a faulty sensor, which had to be procured externally. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused you and truly appreciate your understanding. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services in the future. Elevators are now back online, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon, providing you with a more seamless experience. Additionally, we kindly request reconsideration regarding the star rating, as we believe that giving only 1 star doesn't fully reflect the efforts put forth by our host and team to provide a positive guest experience.
