As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the expansive open layout, which provides ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. Gather around the 10-seater dining table for a delicious meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The house also boasts a scenic balcony that offers panoramic views of the majestic Mansfield Dam, perfect for group chill time and savoring breathtaking sunsets.

With five inviting beds, there's ample room for the whole family to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, ensuring everyone is well-rested for the adventures that await!

Bedroom 1: Enjoy the spacious comfort of our master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, full-length mirror, and generous walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (Jacuzzi not working, please don't turn on).

Bedroom 2: An artsy king-sized bed with a bedside lamp.

Bedroom 3: Get cozy in our queen-sized bed and 50-inch TV

Bedroom 4: It's not just one, but two double beds perfect for a great night's sleep or a fun sleepover with friends and family.

Step out into the private backyard which features a small back patio and seating, perfect for your morning coffee. We also have a propane grill for your use. It is a HUGE yard with tons of privacy and perfect for your furry friend to run around!

Feeling competitive? Challenge your loved ones to a thrilling game of table tennis in the dedicated game room (this room is not climate-controlled, but you can open the garage door for open air).

Apache Shores (our neighborhood) is a wonderful and peaceful community. You will see friendly neighbors walking by the house with their pets and waving. It's just 5 mins from Lakeway, which has a ton of great food and drink options as well as wonderful shopping. The house is 30 minutes from Downtown Austin.

RULES:

**For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No parties or events.

We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture.

Pet Fee is $100 (Max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.
