The perfect cozy riverside getaway close to Wolf Creek Ski Area & pet friendly

This riverside gem is located in South Fork and is approximately 20 minutes away from Wolf Creek Ski Area. It includes a large kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There is space for your whole group to spread out and enjoy. The downstairs has 2 master bedrooms and upstairs has 4 bedrooms with 2 Jack and Jill bathrooms. In the living room downstairs you can enjoy a large (propane) fireplace and the living area upstairs is perfect for games or just hanging out. The large patio space on the back overlooks the South Fork of the Rio Grande, the perfect setting for outdoor dining, sitting in the hot tub or just watching the wild life.

We had an amazing time at this home . It was perfect for our big group of friends . We loved the kitchen layout , we enjoying many good visits in the hot tub and the location and view on the river was breathtaking. Late talks around the fire pit table were priceless . Humming birds galore !! Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive with any questions. We will definitely be back !!!

The most beautiful home!! Had to let the host know, it was not properly cleaned, two bedrooms sheets had not been changed and were dirty. The oven which this had to be fairly new because the remodel is new, is filthy! The inside of the refrigerator was dirty, underneath all the beds and the sofa tables was trash, even found leftover baby pacifiers. leftover candy wrappers in the closet, it’s a shame because the home is absolutely beautiful! I would imagine the host has taken care of this problem.

South Fork vacation

We loved our stay in this home. We had 19 people in the home and it was perfect. We loved being along the river and all the fun things the house had to offer. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. It wasn’t awful but we had to sweep the floors when we got there. The vacuum was left out in the middle of the living room. It was almost like they forgot to finish cleaning. The listing said there was an iron and ironing board and there was not. We loved South Fork and can’t wait to come back!

A great place to stay

This property is a beautiful place to spend time with friends and family. Has plenty of room for for everyone to eat together. The area outside in the back by the river is a great place to relax.

Beautiful and spacious house by the river

Our family and friends loved staying here for our little annual friends’ vacation! Having the river right next to the house was such a plus and we had so much fun getting in it. The layout and size of the house is perfect for a large group. We also enjoyed using the large kitchen. Recommended stay for sure!

South Fork Luxury

Well maintained home with very high end furnishings, kitchen, and appliances. River in back yard. Very close to the highway with some road noise. Multiple car garage, nice hot tub, abundant hot water. Highly recommend.

Bear Path Family Christmas (v2)

Fun for young and old

Everyone in our group of 10 loved our accommodations! The age ranges of our group was 18-80’s The house was beautiful with two living areas. The porch had lots of seating and the guys played corn hole every night. The kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals. We cooked every night. We met the owner and he was extremely nice and made sure the house was meeting our expectations. We hiked on the nearby trails, horseback rode, and drove razors in the mountains. I highly recommend this property for a big group. We hope to come back.

South Fork House

The House was beautiful.. Could not be more Impressed with the size of the house. The river was the most beautiful part of the house. The managed were very prompt to address any issues we had. This house was beautiful.
