Welcome to our renovated 3-bed, 2-bath home. Perfectly located 5 minutes away from Warm Mineral Springs and a 20 minutes drive to Venice Beach.

Heated pool with an extra fee of $40 per night. Jacuzzi/Spa with no extra fee.

This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an office with a pull-out couch, 1 Roku TV, a pool and a remote-controlled heated spa.

Swim at your own risk! No lifeguard on duty. Running, pushing, diving is not allowed at the house pool. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES
No specific pool temperature is guaranteed

Turn OFF the hot tub when it is not in use
