CES Las Vegas 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom at Hilton Hotel for January 5th - 12th

Hi, I am a timeshare owner at the Hilton Hotel located at : 455 Karen Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89109. This hotel is within walking distance to the Las Vegas Convention Center! I am renting out my week which is for CES Las Vegas 2024 (The Consumer Electronics Show). I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite booked for 7 nights, January 5th - 12th, 2024. The 2 bedroom suite consists of 2 separate suits. A 1 bedroom suite and a studio suite which are both right next to each other. In total both suites are 1080 sq ft. The 1 bed suite has a full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, large shower and a queen size pull out couch in the living room. The studio suite has 2 queen beds.

Here is a description of the suite from the Hilton website: This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite features a large primary bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with a free-standing shower and oversized tub. The second bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination and convenient kitchenette, and can be easily locked off from the main living area to create a relaxing element of privacy. The suite includes a generous living room with separate dining area, large TV featuring HGV's In-Room TV Experience that allows content streaming from your mobile devices, and queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a full kitchen. In-suite amenities include an in-room safe and washer/dryer.

I posted pictures of the unit. This unit would cost over $4,400 for the week if you book on the Hilton website. I am renting it out for only $3,000 for the 7 nights. That includes ALL resort fees and taxes. There are no resort fees or taxes when booking through an owner. When you check out on Friday January 12th, you can have the front desk hold onto your bags for you if you want. That way you can go to CES on the 12th if you want.
