Escape to the mountains and experience a getaway like no other at this three-story cabin! This retreat enjoys a great location in a secluded neighborhood nestled above the town of Hiawassee, peering down into the valley. Some nearby attractions include Bell Mountain, Anderson Music Hall, Towns County Park, High Shoals Falls, Brasstown Bald Visitors Center, and Moccasin Creek State Park.

Upon entering this delightful home away from home, you will encounter a beautifully furnished open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the living room and enjoy a tranquil evening at home - curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace as you stream a fun show or movie on the large TV. Equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials, the open kitchen is a chef's playground. Surprise everyone with delicious homemade meals and treats. There is also a Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. The covered back deck offers the perfect spot to admire beautiful views of Lake Chatuge and the North Georgia mountains!

Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the lower level and two additional bedrooms on the upper level. The main suite, located on the lower level, enjoys a welcoming seating area, access to a private deck overlooking the mountains, an en suite bathroom, and a dedicated laundry room with a washer/dryer. Both bedrooms on the upper level have a private deck with seating. Additional perks include board games, central AC, and a gas grill.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an active Ring Doorbell
camera facing the driveway/parking area, the side of the house (Left) and back yard/view. It records motion and sound.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
