Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fine if you violate it.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. There will be a $500 fine if you violate it.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6 am.

★ A surcharge of $200 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guest.

★ An extra fee of $100 per night per pet will be charged for undisclosed pet.

★ Damages: Guest are responsible for any damages to the property.

★ Parking ★
You have 2 tandem small - mid size vehicle parking located in the backed yard. For an extra car park in such a way closed to the property that the other units vehicle can go in and out with out you having to move your vehicle.
