Our home is perfect for groups that need a safe bespoke family space to enjoy Charleston from.

This property is a 2000 square foot 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom family home. We have a huge fully fenced in outdoor area, family games, fully functioning kitchen, crisp clean towels and linens, pretty much everything you'd expect in a quality airbnb. We take great pride in our attention to detail. If anything is ever missing our out of place we are happy to solve those issues in real time.

The whole house is yours to use.

Please be aware that there is a small pond behind our yard. No swimming is permitted. There is a door in our back yard fence that allows access to that area of the neighborhood. Feel free to explore, but please exercise caution where children are concerned and always close the gate.

We loved our stay at the Mulberry! The house was cozy, clean, and stocked up! The backyard was great and the swing was lovely. We ran the Charleston Cooper River Bridge Run and the house was a perfect distance from the race. We slept well and had sweet friend time.

Perfect home for large family

The property is very clean and plenty of room. We had 7 adults and no issues. Nice neighbor hood felt safe. I would stay here again.

Low Country charm!

Resort living in this fabulous maintained property. Plenty of room for a large family and plenty provided to keep all occupied. Fantastic communication with the owner on suggestions for the local area. Enjoyed our stay and would look forward to using it in the future.

The house was nice and large enough to accommodate our party of 8. Convenient to the freeway to get to other locations. Older neighborhood but we had no issues and felt safe. We like to cook instead of eating out so the kitchen could have had a few more items for us but overall good rental.

Beautiful home. My family absolutely loved this house. Well maintained. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Kitchen had pots and pans. Laundry detergent was available to wash clothes. Walmart was a 5-8 minute drive away. A lot places to eat close by. We would stay again for sure. My mom wanted to move there just from this visit.

The house was rented for out of town guests to come in to town to surprise my spouse for his 40th birthday. The house was exactly as explained/pictured and what we needed for the weekend!

Four of us rented this property for our girls trip, and it was perfect. The house itself was very clean, it was fully stocked with everything you could need. The beds were all comfortable, the living room sofa was comfy, the water from the shower had the perfect amount of pressure. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, the only downfall is you can hear commercial planes flying over, but didn’t bother us, and we didn’t hear them all night. The Host was very prompt in getting our needs met, which there was only 1, the residents before us hadn’t picked up their dogs poop in the back yard. Also, the house did not smell like animals had been in there. All in all this was the perfect house for us. We would definitely stay in this house again, if we made another trip to South Carolina!!

Perfect “home away from home” feel!

Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. Owner was easily accessible and responded promptly. The only thing is the listing says there are 4 queen beds. However, there was one king bed, two queen beds, and two doubles. It still worked perfectly for our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better stay! 😊

Hey Arielle! Thanks for pointing this error out! As you can see in the pics, you are correct, we have a king, two queens, and two single beds (plus air mattress). I think our listing encountered a glitch, it said that none of our beds came with sheets too haha. Anyways, thanks for the stay and the feedback, we have it fixed. Hope to host you in the future!

Pleasant Stay, With Restrictions

Pros Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was inviting and having books to read, a foosball table, and other games to play was a nice touch. My communication with the host was pleasant. Cons I wish the backyard’s grass was cut so we could enjoy the games and activities in the yard. I wish the garage door opener was operational, so we did not have to manually open and close the garage door. The carpet was clean, but stained. All items can be fixed. Of Note If you have guest over, parking is limited because the neighborhood prohibits you from parking on the street, even though some of the neighbors do.

Hi Lisa, you guys had several unauthorized guests at the property which is a violation of VRBO house rules. Our parking rules are clearly communicated in the listing, you guys still ignored that and we had to message you about it. If the yard was a problem it would have been cool of you to say something to us directly instead of writing a negative review. Best of luck

The location was right beside the interstate which made traveling to and from our week long event commitment, very convenient. The home is tucked away in the very back of a large neighborhood system so while it can take a few minutes just to get from the entrance of the neighborhood to the home, you don’t have to worry about busy, loud traffic. Rules stated kindly asked that no cars be left in the road as this was against HOA. We obliged without any issue (the use of the garage helped make that possible since we had 3 cars) but it was frustrating to see that dozens (emphasis on the s) of cars lined either side of the road, making it extremely difficult to drive large SUVs through some spaces. I suppose that’s why it’s a rule, but we were shocked to see how dismissive many people were. Of course this is of no regard to your stay, unless you have large/extra large vehicles or may be pulling a small utility trailer. May the odds be in your favor. Upon walking into the home, it was bright and smelled refreshingly clean. We had a few hiccups throughout the week but it would be unfair of me to publicly criticize a situation they couldn’t possibly be aware of unless someone told them. I’ve taken the time to reach out to them separately so they can decide how they want to address the concerns for future visitors. The home was listed correctly. The door lock system was very convenient and the functionality of the room/bed layout met the unique number of our group.
