The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We welcome you to this spacious main floor two bedroom condo. Exquisite kitchen that is a must see for any cooks in your party. The living room is great for playing games and kicking back with a relaxing feel. The bedrooms have all the comforts of home which are on opposite sides of the place for privacy. The bathroom is stunning with a rainfall shower head. We are just a short walk to the 4th Street elevator

Super clean. Great couple days for our annual fall drive. Comfortable. No issues with the apartment. The only issue we had were the super noisy neighbor upstairs. Not the owners fault tho. Thanks.

Weekend Get Away

It was so cute!! The house is in a great location. The kitchen is top notch, the bedrooms spacious, the living room homey, and the bathroom has three sprayers!! The Wi-Fi worked excellent the first night but lagged a little the second night. I think it’s because a larger party arrived upstairs that day.

Well located, clean, attractive apartment

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week while we were vacationing in Dubuque. The property owner is very nice and available for any issues. The property is located in a nice neighborhood that is close to many of the historic attractions in the area, like the Fenelon Elevator. The property is clean and the beds are comfy. There is a large living room with comfy sofas and a tv and the kitchen is very nice, as advertised. We brought our little dog who stayed in her house in the apartment while we were site seeing and we especially appreciate dog friendly property owners! I would recommend this property as it is safe, clean, comfortable, dog friendly, and the owners are helpful but not intrusive.

Wonderful.

I totally enjoyed my stay here. I was escaping my husband’s Dear Camp in northern Wisconsin and this beautiful apartment fit my needs perfectly. It was very relaxing and I enjoyed finding all the original details from this historic home. The owners did a very good job of restoring and updating their property. Thank you very much!

So clean and lovely

My sister and her daughter were in town and even though I live in Dubuque, we wanted to have a "just girls" few days. This was such a great property to use. We walked around downtown and rode up and down the 4th Street Elevator to get there and back quickly. The beds were super comfy and the place was so clean. We enjoyed settling down at the end of the day in the cozy livingroom with a glass of wine and the electric fireplace. The communication with the host was so easy and they were very prompt with the responses. Great job!

We enjoyed our stay.

We were in town to attend a concert and this property was close to quite a bit in the Dubuque area. The home was updated and nice. Everyone enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the home. The host communicated very well in advance and was very fast to respond to questions. The only negative I have is the parking for the property (not the owners fault at all). If you drive anything larger than a compact car, parking is tight and limited. There is one designated place in the back of the property but the alley access is narrow.

The interior was fine. The listing says we have parking. I double checked this with the host before booking. 2 of us have mobility issues. The outside has a million trip hazards. We were bothered by the host on a Sunday morning to move our cars to the street so they could do construction. I complained and the host said they would wait until we left. Then the next day someone came to the door asking us to move the cars. I explained what the owner said. This person said. "The owner lies ".after much stress and fuss we moved the cars. Subjected to power wash. Toxic fumes noise and people working right outside our door and wi dows. The owner actually told us to leave 2 days early when i complained. We stayed because we paid and we wete intown for our mothers funeral. Stress on stress. Font stay here. Terrible customer service. Someone entered the unit twice to use the toilet when we were gone. The lock on the door kept breaking. Came back one night door was unlocked again. Terrible explained
