We had a rocky start at check in but Ally was responsive and helpful with working out the kinks. Once we did get settled in the stay was great. The garage parking is an excellent amenity as well as the roof top deck.

First of all, great communication with Ally which is a big benefit. Secondly, The home was as depicted in the photos. The airy living room was quite nice with sufficient WiFi connections. The bedroom in the front- 2nd floor, was very comfortable. Additional benefits: garage was most welcomed, location was excellent to harbor, Fells Point, and Little Italy. Definitely would recommend this home. We have daughters living in the area so I would return. Thanks!

We stayed at the property for our wedding weekend. The property was nicely decorated, spacious and the garage parking was ideal. The location couldn’t have been better. Ally was extremely responsive with any questions I had. Would highly recommend!

The house is beautiful with great views from the upper deck. Beds are super comfortable. Less than a five minute walk from great restaurants in Fells Point. The host answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely come back.

I stayed with my three kids (aged 9-15) and we had an incredible time. Our favorite part was the roof top decks. The location is PERFECT. It’s just a couple minutes walk to the water taxi. There are a ton of restaurants around. Easy 15 min walk to the aquarium. We took the water taxi to Ft McHenry - my kids’ favorite stop. Garage parking is tight for a minivan but it worked. I didn’t need to use my car anyway, so only had to park it once. Beds seemed more like double/full mattresses instead of queens. Two bedrooms are on the same level which was helpful. The place was meticulous clean. Instructions were easy. Host was very helpful and super quick to respond. We really hope to return soon!

Wonderful Home and great location

The home is very well decorated, very spacious, and comfortable. The location is also very convenient to great food and activities for couples or a family, though is a bit of a noisier part of Fells Point being by the bakery. Communication with the host was exceptional.

Great place, excellent service

The property was clean and beautifully decorated, in a nice area. The ambient sounds of the neighborhood were sometimes a bit much, but drawing the curtains/blinds helped. Really enjoyed the stay.

The home was beautiful. The rooms were spacious, the beds were nice and cozy, and my stated to me the showers were on point! The outside balcony was beautiful and great for hosting breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner!! We hate we didn't get the chance to sit out there and enjoy that space. Allison, responded quickly before and during our stay. If given the opportunity, i will definitely book her place again. This place is great for a small family or small group friends. It has a lot of stairs so if have knee issues maybe stay at the bottom level with the pullout. Ally, Thank you for providing a lovely space

A wonderful stay

My partner and I traveled to Baltimore for a football game. The check-in process was seemless. The hosts were great at getting us details for check-in and suggestions to make it easier. The place was a great location with restaurants, pubs, and shops all within walking distance. Great place, with a wonderful feel, would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic House in an Amazing Neighborhood

The house was clean and well equipped with all the amenities you could need. The house is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back when it is warmer so we can take full advantage of the outside space. Everything was as described on the listing and absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Birthday weekend family time

Lovely place with lots of nice touches. Hostess was most communicative and helpful with some local intel. Location as not specifically shown on the search was not quite where I expected but we were pleasantly surprised where we ended up; right in the heart of the action.

Fantastic Townhouse-cant wait to return

Luxury townhouse is a spot on description. The 3 floor layout worked great for our party of 4. Lots of different places for folks to hang out. Add in a fourth floor roof top deck, and a gorgeous patio deck off the kitchen, and you have a luxury townhouse. We especially loved the extremely well equipped kitchen for making several holiday feasts. We cant recommend this rental enough. Ally is a great host, and very responsive to our questions. The location was perfect for us since we wanted to be in/at the Inner Harbor. Not having to worry about finding a parking spot on the street and just enjoying the use of the private garage was the icing on the cake. Thanks again Ally. We are starting to plan our next trip to Baltimore, and will definitely stay here again.

Fraudulent

The listing specified two queen beds in each bedroom and two pull out sofas. When I arrived there were two queen beds and one pull out sofa. When I brought this to the host's attention she asked for the source of this misinformation and I sent her the screen shot of her own listing. She did not respond for 80 minutes so I texted her "Please let me know how you propose resolving the issue with the incorrect listing." She responded 40 minutes later, "You can use the sleep sofa on the first floor". When I next checked she had changed the listing. I called her and left a message that this was not an acceptable arrangement since I had already paid for 4 beds. I suggested she provide a 50% refund since I was receiving 50% of the sleeping accommodations I paid for. She did not respond, so I had to call VRBO and initiate their refund and emergency accommodation procedure. Within this period of resolution, I kindly let in a plumber she had to call because a clogged drain was not resolved prior to our arrival (at her request, not ours). I arrived at 3pm, and due to her refusal to accept any resolution my party of myself and 3 out of town guests were unable to find somewhere else to stay until past midnight that evening. I must now engage in the laborious process of submitting for compensation from VRBO, and of course lost hours of sleep and spent hours stressed and frustrated. I regret booking this property and hope you consider this experience when booking your own. Thank you.

Having stayed in numerous Vrbo properties with positive experiences, sadly this property fell far below the Vrbo standards I associate w/this reputable company. I was genuinely disappointed & surprised Vrbo would allow the property to remain on its platform.I arrived shortly after the 3:00 p.m. check-in time to discover the front door access code was not provided. I sent 2 requests before receiving the code in response to message 2. Upon entering the townhouse, I was startled to hear someone inside, learning it was the cleaning person still working on Floor 3. She remained another 15 mins while completing the cleaning, indicating the property was not ready at advertised 3 pm.The cleanliness of the home was unacceptable. Stair treads with visible grime, sticky floors not properly mopped, with dried spill spots present, & baseboards throughout the townhouse were heavily soiled. Laundry area had several empty detergent bottles left piled in front of the washer, with accumulated dirt beneath them.Garage not fully available for use. My Jeep Wagoneer would not fit as the owner had stored personal belongings in the rear of the garage. I had to move these items ourselves in order to park, then return them to their original location before check-out.Kitchen presented several concerns. Refrigerator contained numerous opened, expired jars of food. When I questioned owner, I was told these items were intentionally left because previous guests appreciated them. Not good experien

Unfortunately, after a long day of travel we arrived at 10:30pm to find the property not cleaned - beds had been slept in, used towels strewn about, etc. I contacted the host and she apologized and said she would have someone clean it the next day. We needed to find another place to stay for our first night, but she offered no suggestions or solutions. The next day at 11am the property was still not cleaned. The housekeeper did arrive after that and had it ready for us at 1pm. Despite being “clean” there was food left in the fridge (some of it, like yogurt, was expired) and in the freezer. Typically when we arrive to VRBO properties, the refrigerator is completely clear and clean for us ready to put our own things in. We did not feel that it was a clean fridge so were reluctant to use it.The location is good and an easy walk to many places. The property and decor were very nicely updated. Just as pictured! The night street noise is a serious issue, however, since it sits at the corner of 2 busy streets. But we put on a sound machine and were eventually able to fall asleep. The host said that she would refund us one night of our stay, since it wasn’t ready for us to use that night, but we felt for the error and inconvenience more should have been offered. In addition, we were refunded less than one full night, which was frustrating.

Great stay in Fells Point! Amazing location with restaurants and things to do just steps away. The home is very cute, and having a dedicated parking spot is a big plus.A few things to note: it can be noisy at night since it’s next to H&S Bakery, which operates overnight. It improved a lot once we closed and locked all the windows, but it wasn’t obvious at first that several of the upper panels were slightly cracked open and that the windows were unlocked. Once we realized and secured them, it made a noticeable difference, though it did raise some security concerns. The alarm system was also not functioning during our stay. We were given instructions on how to use the alarm, but the owner later confirmed it needed repair.The parking space is very tight. Larger SUVs or vans may not fit comfortably, and stored items make it harder to maneuver.The kitchen had limited supplies (no foil, plastic wrap, or many, if any, usable storage containers), so keep that in mind if you plan to cook. The fridge water filter needed replacing and dispensed slowly, so we opted to use bottled water instead.There were a few broken things, and while it appeared surface clean, it didn’t feel deeply cleaned (for example, our socks got very dirty walking around).We arrived late and initially had trouble opening the door, but the owner responded right away and was very helpful!Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
