"FARM CHARM" w/Mtn Views~Fire Pit~Family Friendly

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Great place to enjoy the mountain views with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This home is fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. It can accommodate a large family with plenty to do. The garage has been turned into a game room for adults and kids. If you prefer to be outside we have outdoor games, corn hole, ladder ball, badminton, etc. The firepit is a great place to make more family memories.
The space
This house has a master bedroom with a king size bed, walk in closet, 46in. TV, and jacuzzi tub w/shower. The other bed rooms are located on the other side of the house 2 queen beds, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. There is a former dining area (seats 6) and breakfast nook (seats 6). The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials. There is a wash room with free washer and dryer w/ laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc. Enjoy the back deck with access from the master bedroom, living room, and the hall way. There you will find the grill (propane gas provided) and outdoor seating. We also have a large firepit area (seats 6) and fire wood is provided. The game room is another area for your family to enjoy. There are plenty of new board games, puzzles, and outdoor games for all ages.
Guest access
Guest are able to access entire house except the locked utility room (furnace, electrical box, etc.) are located in this space. There is a 3/4 acre yard for your enjoyment.
Other things to note
Guests should know we do not allow non-approved guest. We will ask everyone to leave the property and no refund will be issued. This area is very quiet and guest need to respect our neighbors. There should be no loud noises, (music, etc. ). Please drive slow in and out of the property.
