OCEAN VIEW PENTHOUSE in Beachtree II, with an elevator in the award-winning oceanfront community, OCEAN VILLAGE! Newly updated, 2BR/2BA coastal-themed condo boasting of a Margaritaville sunroom w/ocean & pond views. Our fully-equipped kitchen includes everything you can possibly imagine for cooking with your family and friends including a stainless refrigerator with a double icemaker! You will enjoy lots of comfy seating in living room with a 70in smart TV, 2 spacious master suites, providing lots of privacy, both with TVs, nice linens and towels, beach and sporting equipment. Our community has onsite golf course, tennis, delicious restaurant with inside and outside dining, a Tiki Bar so you can enjoy a nice cold drink after a walk on the 3500 feet of Ocean Village's private beach, 4 pools with one pool, just steps away from our condo! We are happy to say our new main pool by the tiki bar has officially opened.

As you enter your home away from home, get ready for a beautiful, bright, CLEAN, newly updated condo with fully-equipped kitchen, coastal décor throughout our home, abundance of comfy seating in living room, with ocean views from the kitchen, living room, sunroom and master bedroom! Amazing!

You will at first run out to our sunroom as you see the most beautiful view of the ocean and palm trees and the fountain in the pond below. Enjoy your morning coffee or your 5 o'clock wine overlooking the pond and ocean on our comfy lounge or have dinner in the sunroom at our glass-top table for 4.

You will enjoy the utmost of privacy as both spacious bedrooms are master suites, beautifully appointed with chairs & smart TVs. We also have a comfy sofa sleeper in the living room should you have additional guests.

No need to pack “toys” as we have 2 sets of golf clubs, bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, and 4 beach towels, all just waiting for you to arrive! Should you need a home office during your stay, we have a desk and comfy desk chair ready for you! Just bring your laptop and cell phone!

During your stay, we supply bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and 4 beach towels. A washer and dryer is in the condo for your convenience. Your home away from home awaits you with everything provided including linens and towels, dish liquid, starter supply of dishwasher tabs, hand soap, starter roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom.

We have a professional housekeeping service who ensures that on your arrival you will enjoy a clean and excellently maintained condo and at departure, they clean and prepare for our next guests. Please be assured that our cleaning staff is top-notch making sure that everything is sanitized with bleach and antibacterial cleaners with all soft surfaces being sprayed as well. All linens are cleaned by our professional cleaners, including all quilts/bedspreads and pillow shams between each guests. Guest Access...
We welcome you into our home away from home and from the time you enter, you will have your own personal access code which enables you to enjoy our entire home. You will also receive access to our storage room with all of the fun beach equipment, golf clubs, bicycles, etc.

Upon arrival, our gatekeepers will be expecting you and will ask for your drivers' license upon entry. You will receive a pass for your stay so that you can enter and exit the gates at your convenience. Please feel free to park anywhere in front of our building. The gatekeepers will provide directions to our condo. You can have up to 2 vehicles, none of which can be commercial vehicles with advertising.

We want you to enjoy all that Ocean Village has to offer, but please wear your yellow wristbands when you enjoy the pool, restaurant, Tiki Bar, and all of the amenities. If you ride your bicycle beyond the gate, you will need to have a wristband to re-enter Ocean Village. Take note of all of the rules in our community and please adhere to them during your visit!
