When you arrive to the property you will see an asphalt driveway to English Creek Hideaway, then you have your designated space in the gravel parking lot.
There are a total of 6 stays on the property, all spread out over 4 acres. Please keep in mind the barn is a common area and you may see other guests in the parking lot area or the barn.
We are in close proximity to the freeway, some people may think of it as background noise while others will think it's too loud. Noise is louder in the winter when the trees lose their leaves. After 200 guests, we have had very few complaints about noise but please plan accordingly.
We allow responsible dog owners to bring their dogs since it's a beautiful place for dogs. Please add pets to reservation since fees will apply. No other pets allowed.

Fountainside A Frame is nestled near the small town of Newport, TN. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. It provides a perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the nearby cities of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. BUT our quaint downtown is getting a complete overhaul with local businesses like a brewery, coffee shop, axe throwing space, and more!
If you are craving something sweet, try the hole-in-the-wall delicious Bryant donuts. It doesn't look like much, but they make a seriously scrumptious donut. Need a fancy coffee? Hartford, TN is 15 minutes away and has some of the best white water rafting and relaxing tubing rides in all of Tennessee. Douglas Lake is also 10 minutes away, making this a great location if you’re interested in enjoying the water sports!
Cosby Campground Entrance is 15 minutes away and offers the most serene and peaceful surroundings. This area is truly a hidden gem only known by the locals. Experience a number of trails, ranging from strolls over many bridges and creeks, all the way to advanced long hikes for the experienced hikers. Whether you are a beginner or expert, the views are truly magical, and you will rarely see other hikers and get to enjoy the trails to yourself!
On the way to our 4 acre property, there are windy, narrow, paved roads amongst the trees, so please drive safe.
