Gorgeous house on quiet residential street in downtown Toronto!
Come stay at our cozy and beautifully renovated house in South Annex/ Harbord Village, 3 minutes from trendy College street, 10 minutes from University of Toronto, and 7 minutes from unique Kensington Market, in centrally located downtown Toronto.
On the main floor is a gas fireplace and a cozy living room which opens into a walnut dining room that seats 8 and full open kitchen. The kitchen is a chef's paradise, stacked with all amenities one could want (gas stove, blendtec blender, Wonder Oven (air fryer and toaster), Instant Pot, Cast Iron pot and pans, non-stick pans, espresso/ cappuccino maker...)
Upstairs on the second floor are two bedrooms, the office/ laundry room and a full bathroom equipped with bathtub and shower. The two bedrooms are perfect for kids of any age and filled with light and full closets. The office/ laundry room is fully equipped with desk and washer/ dryer (and all soap included) is bright, airy, and can be used as a 4th bedroom for a crib or twin bed.
Up on the third floor is the crown jewel of the house: a huge open concept space with greenery gives a sense of floating in the clouds with windows galore leads out to a deck in the sky with a 4 person hot tub under the stars, perfect on cold winter nights. The Master bedroom is a cocoon of coziness with views of The CN Tower. A hidden half bathroom completes the scene. A small office nook overlooking the city is nestled within the open space.
The basement is open concept with a couch that turns into a double bed, equipped with a mattress topper to ensure comfortable sleep. There are games galore for families to enjoy on cold winter nights. A full bathroom is nestled next to the workout pocket, equipped with a yoga mat and full set of dumbbells.
Outside we have two sleds available for use at local parks.
A parking pad for one car is in the back yard, ensuring you never need to worry about finding street parking. A rear mudroom with a heated floor mat ensures that boots won't stay wet and cold and that mud and snow won't be tracked through the house.
