Our home invites you into a blend of traditional charm and modern living. The master bedroom features a serene atmosphere with a king-sized bed, while the versatile second bedroom offers a twin daybed that converts into two twins or a king. The living area, designed for relaxation and dining, includes a comfortable couch, smart TV, and a unique, custom-made dining countertop alongside a fully-equipped kitchen.
Step outside to enjoy a quaint front porch with seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The backyard is an enchanting retreat, featuring a firepit, picnic tables, a rustic barn, and a babbling creek, creating an idyllic setting for outdoor enjoyment.
**Guest Access**
Guests have exclusive access to this private unit with its own entrance. The shared yard spaces offer a communal delight, enhancing your stay with picturesque outdoor living. Please be advised that we will send the check-in details a day before the check-in date.
**Other Details to Note**
- Free, ample street parking
- Central AC complemented by a window unit for personalized comfort
- Extra heaters and fans ensure comfort year-round
- A $500 fee will apply per unauthorized guest beyond the reservation. Please ensure your guest count matches your booking details.
- A $300 fee will apply per unauthorized pet. Only approved pets are allowed as per our pet policy.
- We can accommodate pet and will cost $19 per night.
- Early checkin and late checkout is subject to availability and will cost $29 per hour.
