Located within minutes to Stony Brook University, Stony Brook Hospital, Ronkonkoma LIRR, Smith Haven Mall, Beaches, Shake Shack, Chipotle, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, & all amenities!

Huge Deck with a sliding door from the family room... the deck is equipped with a patio table & 6 chairs as well as a gas BBQ/Smoker.
Propane is not included in the stay.

Living Room with a 55" Smart LG TV, an additional family room great for entertaining with a 70" Crystal Clear Samsung TV that also connects to a Samsung party speaker perfect for movie nights/sports nights/karaoke.
In addition, there is a fully equiped kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, a keuring coffee maker, regular coffee maker, & blender!
2 Bedrooms are on the main level ...
1st bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds

2nd Level features:

2 bedrooms & a full bath with a stand up shower
1st bedroom is a queen bed as well as 2 twin beds, 2nd bedroom is 2 twin beds & a futon

-Linens are included

-House is excellent for engagement parties, graduation parties, baby showers, & holiday parties! Please inquire before reserving.

- There are 3 security cameras on premises solely for when the house is vacant (1 on deck, 1 by front door, & 1 facing the driveway)

It was ok, it did the job. There weren’t enough hand towels and the beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. But it was a spacious house that comfortably accommodated 9 people.

Check in was smooth and easy. The location was perfect. It was close to everything we needed. However, the house was very dark on the outside and there was not even a walkway to the front door. In addition, the house was not well cleaned. The floors were dirty (bathrooms, kitchen, hard wood floors) and the back family room carpet was stained. But overall is was ok.

Overall the property worked great for my family. We did contact the owner when we got there as there was something wrong with the dishwasher and never heard back from her.

Good location and great space

House was spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. The outside looked a little worn but inside was comfortable with updated kitchen and bathroom. A lot of grounds with fenced yard for kids and dogs. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and all had a great time.

The property was clean and well maintained. The only difficult part was finding the house but that’s mainly our fault because we weren’t paying attention. The host had everything perfectly set up for us, towels, TV remotes, cups, plates, etc. I would recommend booking here.

Pathways were not shoveled, left icy and dangerous after a storm. None of the window AC units had covers, and one had huge gaps so there was 20 degree air pouring into the bedroom - we couldn't use it. Hot water lasted 5 minutes in shower.We were in town for my grandmother's funeral and had elderly guests at the property. When we reached out to resolve the ice/cold air issues the owner was rude initially and then unresponsive.

Party house

The moment we walked into the house I was hit by a mildewy, moldy smell. It was really difficult to get past the odor and feel that the home was completely clean. I can see that this home can be used as a party house but that was not my intent, I was here for a wedding. I used the home to sleep in and to get changed in. I did not feel comfortable eating in the house because of the smell. It is what it is. The location was perfect for my needs.

Pictures are deceiving!

We didn’t stay! The house is musty! Carpets and walls are dirty. Showers have mold. Sliding glass back door doesn’t lock. The entry way to the home is located in the front of the house. There is no walkway. You have to walk up an uneven grass hill to access the house. Owner gave a full refund . Too bad the property isn’t maintained better. home.

HORRIBLE – DO NOT BOOK

This property was disgusting, and apparently we aren’t the only ones to have experienced this. WE REFUSED TO STAY AT THE PROPERTY BECAUSE IT FELT UNSAFE. Upon arrival and first entry to the house, the front door handle fell off. The house was extremely musty, and one member of our party started showing allergy symptoms immediately. After adventuring through the house a bit, there was water damage, all the air conditioners had black mold on them, the floors were absolutely filthy, all the linens smelled like mold, there were fly traps attached to the ceilings as well as paint falling off the ceiling. There were also plumbing problems, where when you flush the toilet the shower bubbles! We also found some outlets did not work, and judging by the rest of the house this seems like a fire waiting to happen. Many bugs were found in our brief time at the VRBO. 0/10 – FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!

Filthy and unsafe. Don't waste your money here.

The house had not been well cleaned in a very long time. The vents in the restrooms were caked with hair and gunk. All of the beds had human hair on them. Very limited hot water, turns ice cold after 2-3 minutes in the showers. Shower door was broken. Urine on the bathroom wall next to the toilet. One of us fell because the stair rail needed repair and the owner didn't bother fixing it (see review from 3 months ago). Bathrooms were caked with grime. Sky light in the upper bath didn't close, letting in bugs and rain. Walls were dirty and had holes in them. Electrical outlets were not working properly and were a fire hazard. Some had no covers on them. Drains were full of hair, we had to remove it to use them. Laundry in the basement was unusable, the amount of mold and mildew prevented us from going into it. Cabinet doors in the kitchen were broken. This property needs a bunch of repairs and maintenance. VRBO will do nothing to resolve this issue, says the owner needs to resolve it. The owner doesn’t respond, we are having to take it up with our bank. All in all, a really bad first (and last) VRBO experience.
