Bo’s Valley Farmhouse with Hot Tub
Location, location, location. This cute and cozy two bedroom, 1 bathroom farm house is nestled on 2.5 fenced acres in a quiet cul de sac between Bonney Lake, Sumner and Puyallup.
Guests also have access to a beautiful outdoor covered seating area with ceiling fan, hot tub, barbecue grille and table. Guests are also welcome to venture out and explore the 2.5 fenced acres that the property has to offer.
Not far from Mt. Rainer, this quiet sanctuary is nestled in a beautiful valley on 2.5 fenced acres between Sumner (4 miles), Bonney Lake (5 miles) and Puyallup (4 miles).
When you arrive on the property you will be welcomed by an open gate propped up by a classic wooden wagon wheel. The driveway leads to a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with an attached garage (the garage is not accessible to guests).
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates, and utensils plus a coffee pot/Keurig combo.
The living room has a big screen smart tv and a comfortable sectional.
There are two bedrooms which both have queen beds. The larger bedroom has a walk-in closet and an adjustable bed with a super comfortable Stearns and Foster mattress.
Inside the bathroom, there is a new washer and dryer for use during your stay.
Out the back glass sliding door is a covered patio with a private hot tub, BBQ grille, and table and chairs perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. On the other side of the patio is a garage which does not come with the rental and on the backside of the garage is a Tiny House which is also available for rent. It is separated from this listing by the garage so there is no lack of privacy.
The road leading to the unit is a dead-end road which makes it perfect for morning or evening walks as there is little traffic. For bicyclists or walkers, on the other side of the highway at the beginning of the road leading to the property, is the Foot Hills Trail, which is a paved public path that runs from Puyallup to Orting.

We have an office in the garage next to the house as well as a small camper on the backside of the garage that we may occasionally be using when we are on the property taking care of the lawn or doing routine maintenance so you may see us during your stay.
