Alquiler de vacaciones con Encanto y Chic

Este hermoso apartamento recientemente reformado, está convenientemente ubicado junto al histórico parque Tribou. Está a pocos pasos de restaurantes, tiendas, galerías, así como muchas otras atracciones. Dos plazas de aparcamiento disponibles.

Hay dos porches encantadoras para sentarse con una parrilla de gas y un jardín ensalada.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable para entretener a un grupo.

La sala de estar puede alojar cómodamente a dos en un sofá cama doble con un colchón de felpa de 5 pulgadas. Un televisor de pantalla plana inteligente de 46 pulgadas está montado para ser visto desde diferentes ángulos. Un medio baño bonita está ubicado cerca de la zona de comedor.

El segundo piso tiene un baño completo con una gran ducha de azulejos y una nueva bañera de zapatilla con patas separadas.

El dormitorio en el segundo piso tiene una cama doble con colchón nuevo ComforPedic Simmons y el somier. Un televisor de pantalla plana de 20 pulgadas, así como un sistema de acoplamiento inalámbrico bluetooth IHome con un reloj de alarma dual, se sienta en un aparador de nueve cajón. Hay un gran vestidor y un montón de espacio de almacenamiento terminado bajo el alero del edificio. Una lavadora y una secadora, toallas, ropa de cama, mesa de planchar y plancha están todos situados fuera de la habitación. Un acondicionador de aire en cada planta mantiene este cómodo apartamento a través de un verano caliente inesperado y otoño.

Great location and very spacious for a one bedroom cottage. Big mud room space for lots of boots and coats. Big eat in kitchen that is well stocked with dishwasher and quality All-Clad cookware. Clean. Convenient to Vic Tavern … authentic Thai inspired menu in an historic Victorian Inn

This lovely home is perfect in every way. So many thoughtful touches throughout add to its charm and comfort. It’s the kind of place you want to settle down in and stay for a long time. The location is also perfect. You can walk to everything yet your home is buffered from traffic by a small park. So grateful for the chance to stay here.

Everything you need!

Cozy, well appointed....Everything. I mean everything you need right in the heart of Woodstock in a charming New England setting attached to a spa with view of a park. Luxurious towels, warm bedding with plenty of extras, well stocked with items you typically forget! A must stay!

Summer into Fall

Brenda is a wonderful hostess...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's especially nice to see the end of Summer season and the beautiful flowers and change into the early Fall leaf changes and decor.

Wonderful Stay

After spending one month at this property we would definitely return. The intown location is perfect for dining and shopping while there are also hiking trails nearby. The owner was accommodating and friendly making sure we were comfortable and not in need of anything. We recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy Woodstock and surrounding areas to the fullest

Awesome quaint getaway!

We lived in Woodstock 41 yrs ago (for a year). My husband and I came back to the area to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. We stayed at this quaint little home in the middle of town. You can walk to alot of places (groceries, boutiques, and restaurants). The house was immaculate and had everything you needed. We had a couple of questions/concerns and Brenda responded within minutes and all was good. We HIGHLY recommend this home!!! We also highly recommend The Prince and Pauper restaurant (on Elm St.), along with The Red Rooster restaurant (Woodstock Inn). Great service and excellent cuisine! Thank you SOOOO much Brenda for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great Week

My wife and I really loved the house and the town of Woodstock. Great location, walkable to everything in town. Very comfortable bedding, and everything we needed to stay in and cook a few nights as well. Would definitely stay again.

Charming escape for winter break!

My family of four plus our border collie stayed here between Xmas and New Years and had a lovely and relaxing vacation. The apartment feels larger that anticipated, more like a tiny house. (Separate entrance and the other unit is a salon.) The kids slept on the pullout sofa downstairs and my husband I had the second floor to our selves. The kitchen is ample and to the side of the main living space so we never felt crowded or on top of each other while spending all our inside time together. We went to Killington several times to ski during the week, which was about a half hour, easy drive, away. The apartment in on the the main (very beautiful) street of Woodstock. So a walk around the block brings you to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, a river walk, an agricultural museum and a great bookstore. Really a perfect spot, highly recommend!

Peaceful getaway

We had another peaceful stay at Tribou Park Place. The apartment is in fantastic condition, with a comfortable bed and living room couch, nice hardwood floors, great appliances, and very clean. The claw foot tub is also a really nice perk. Brenda was very communicative and friendly.

Lovely home in charming town

My husband and I were delighted by our stay at Brenda and Clay's townhome. The house was impeccably maintained and stocked with everything we needed for our three-week vacation. We did a fair amount of cooking and grilling and the kitchen had everything we needed (good knives, cutting boards, serving bowls, etc.). Plus, we very much enjoyed our happy hours on the back patio, which was lined with flowers and Brenda's herb garden. The location itself was perfect, right in town and a short walk to parks and trails for running, hiking and walking. Simply put, we enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommend this rental!

Great place!

Thank you, Brenda, for hosting us! We had a terrific vacation in December 2020. The house is right in the center of the beautiful Woodstock. Woodstock is a historical town in Vermont, and it is all covered by Christmas light, which was perfect for our holiday vacation. We could walk around the town, which has sidewalks everywhere. We took a walk around the center every day; it was so beautiful! Plus, the grocery store was 200 yards away from us, so we could walk there as well to pick up everything we needed. Besides staying in one of Vermont's most beautiful towns, the house itself was just as perfect. The house has one bedroom and 2 baths, but it is so spacious! It was perfect for our small family. It was sparkling clean when we arrived, and it had everything we needed. Thus, it was fully supplied with everything we could ever need. So we only needed to grab some food, and enjoy. The house had a hardwood floor, which was perfect for our family with dust allergies. The house was beautifully decorated; we even got the Christmas tree and window candles, which made our vacation even merrier. The house has a cozy backyard, which we used only occasionally, but it is probably perfect for summertime. Kids loved playing in Tribou park, building the ice castle. The parking was right behind the building in front of the garage, and you can access it from Pleasant street. Another advantage of the place was that we were located right between two ski resorts, both with 10 min of drive. We definitely want to come back! Thanks again, Brenda! We could not find a better place for us!
