Its location may feel worlds away from the busy town center of Vail but getting to Vail and Lionshead villages is a breeze. The free Town of Vail bus stop is mere steps from front door. A short ride will whisk you away to world-class skiing, hiking and biking plus incredible restaurants and entertainment.

This home invites families and groups to spend time together in the main floor's open concept gathering space. There are two sitting areas and a natural hearth with a gas fireplace to warm up on winter days. Adjacent is a well equipped kitchen, dining area and wet bar which open to the living room, making socializing with the group seamless.

This townhome offers large rooms with landscape windows that capture the natural surroundings of this scenic Colorado escape. Please note garage parking is not available. Two outdoor parking spaces are available for guest use.

This property gladly accepts long term rentals.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
