You can choose to leave the internal apartment doors open or close them to maintain two separate apartments. Think of it as adjoining rooms in a hotel, close the door or keep it open.

The toilet/shower is separated so one can use the sinks with out disturbing someone on the toilet or in the shower. Fully furnished with lots of room to stretch out. Oh and there is a 12x12 dinette addition off of the kitchen on each floor. .Top end appliances, utensils/ plates etc. included.
0.5 mile away from the college, and a very short walk away from main street.
