You will have the entire house for yourself. I travel for work so I very rarely stop by the spare bedroom at way end of the house. I have my own entrance and won’t be disturbing.

The people here are mostly friendly, especially the older folks. They love going for walks and saying hi to each other. It's a place where you feel like you're part of a big, caring group.
