The Space:
This top-floor condominium at Winterplace P303 can be accessed by three flights of easy stairs. You will enter into the mudroom with benches, hooks, and cubbies to kick off your snow boots and store your gear. The entry also has a full-sized washer and dryer for your vacation. Here you'll find the stairs to the loft space with two additional twin-sized beds and a view of the living room from above.

The first bedroom suite is located at the front of the unit with views of the slopes in the distance. A queen-sized bed and sitting area greet you with an en-suite shared bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with two twin-sized beds and an additional set of trundle beds to sleep up to four. This bedroom is connected to the en-suite bath as well.

The main living space boasts cathedral ceilings, a well-stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room. Cooking while on vacation will be a breeze in this kitchen with lots of counter and storage space. Dine at the breakfast bar with seating for four or at the dining table with seating for six. When you're ready to relax, melt into the comfortable seating in the living room and enjoy the fire. The fireplace features a wood-burning fire with access to free wood. The large window and high ceilings create a bright and cozy space to relax in after your ski day. Plus, the living room has a private deck that can be accessed by the backdoor.

The primary suite is located off of the living room with access to the private deck as well and has the most beautiful wooded views. The comfortable queen-sized bed is ready to snuggle into with a wall-mounted flatscreen television. Plus, this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a large closet for storing your ski gear.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the unit. Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon arrival. Please reach out to us if you require more than two parking passes, we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be required in the winter.
