We loved our stay here! The house is lovely, it’s in great shape, and it’s in a great location. We could easily walk or drive to the things we wanted to do in Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location- great space for our group!

Location is awesome here- so walkable to many restaurants and close to the bike trails. Fishing is super close too. Home was beautiful and we really enjoyed the rooftop hot tub area.

Beautiful condo close to restaurants

We enjoyed staying at the condo. Very nicely kept. Kitchen very well stocked. The owner was very responsive to a last minute logistics request which helped us with our departure time.

Property is within walking distance of almost everything! We loved staying here! Property was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. Check in/check out process was extremely easy. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed there for a friend’s wedding, which was just down the road the pavilion. We were able to walk everywhere. The location was beautiful very clean with a nice hot tub on the roof

New place in a great location

A group of 7 stayed two nights here. The place was nice and new with a great kitchen and bedrooms. Location is close to nearby restaurants and shops and only 15 minutes away from the Keystone Mountain.

Lovely property felt virtually new. Host was excellent at communication. Hot tub was a well appreciated bonus. Note there is road noise in the primary bedroom from a four way stop on edge of the property. The noise was not an issue for us.

Spring Ski Weekend

Great townhome! Convenient location and the complex is new. Everything was clean, new and the inside was decorated very nice (really liked the grizzly bear art piece in the dining area) The townhome worked well for three friends allowing everyone to have their own room with a king size bed with memory foam mattresses. We liked parking in the heated garage and leaving all ski gear there to dry out overnight. We were able to walk to some restaurants. I highly recommend!

Originally from the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia, my wife Ashley and I ventured west to the Rocky Mountains in 2019 and fell in love. Not long after we started our search for a home so that we could visit more frequently and settled on Silverthorne as the perfect jumping off spot for everything Summit County, CO has to offer. Knowing we can't be there full time, we wanted to share our home with others who want to see all that this region has to offer!

Our home is conveniently located within minutes of I-70 and walkable to the Silverthorne Town Center, but also because of our rooftop deck we have amazing views of the Gore Mountain Range and the Blue River. It's really the best of both worlds!
