PERFECT APARTMENT FOR A TRAVELLING NURSE, SUPER QUIET AND SAFE.

The property is a group of 100 year old craftsman Houses on a lot. This unit is in the rear of the gated property, on the second floor. The Studio is s 550 sf Apartment with a Bathroom, Living/sleeping room, attached Dining area and separate kitchen. We just remodelled the kitchen, bathroom, and added an AC/Heating unit.
The kitchen has a built in-unit washer and dryer, stove, and full size refrigerator. Items include: Kurig coffee maker, toaster, plates, silverware, spaghetti strainer, basic pots and pans, glasses and mugs.
The Living room has a loveseat, coffee table, 48 inch Smart TV, and Apple TV, Air Conditioner/Heater.
The sleeping area is furnished with a queen size bed with a brand new mattress, bed bug protector cover, and soft sheets. There are two closets. The sleeping area is in the same room as the Living Room.
Adjacent to the room is a fresh remodeled bathroom with shower. The bath includes a Toto Toilet, Light up Medicine cabinet, with defog button, excellent for putting on makeup.
Outdoor area includes a BBQ, table, a couch, and umbrellas.
We supply Sheets, Pillows, blankets, towels for the bath. Soaps, shampoo, etc are included.
Los Feliz is the original hip neighborhood before Silverlake became a hipster mecca. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, movie theaters grocery stores, bookstores, banks and Childrens Hospital (CHLA), Kaiser hospital, and Presbyterian Hospital on Vermont Blvd. World class restaurants are filled with entertainment industry neighbors and local professionals. This area has been a magnet for celebrities for a century, including Fineas, Danzig, Natalie Portman, Moby, etc. Cafes, bars, and restaurants line the streets of Hillhurst and Vermont. Sunset junction Silverlake (Erehwon) is a 5 min drive, 20 minute walk. Frank lloyd wrights hollyhock house is a 15 minute walk. The Ennis House (FLW) is adjacent to Griffith Park up the hill. The metro line is a 15 minute walk at Vermont and Sunset, with stops in Little Tokyo, The Hollywood Walk of Fame, DTLA, Untion Station (LAX flyaway bus) and about 1.5 hr ride to Santa Monica Pier. The Greek theater is 30 min walk, which has access to hiking trails, tennis courts, and a hiking path to the Griffith Park observatory. The local movie theater and bookstore is two blocks away on Vermont. Quentin Tarantino is also renovating the Vista Theater nearby (not yet opened).
A Free Shuttle bus up to Griffith Park observatory drives up Vermont frequently, or it’s a 45 minute hike.
Kids welcome. Plenty of street parking in a safe neighborhood. We are especially interested in travelling nurses, and Long Stay Guests.
(28) night minimum stay. A quality large size cot (in addition to the queen bed) is available if needed. We do charge $25 extra per night for a third guest.
