Bring the whole family to this peaceful getaway retreat that has lots of room for fun. The kids can play on the playground while the parents relax on the patio or soak in the hot tub while watching the stars at night. The yard is enclosed with a decorative fence surrounded with flowers and rose bushes with a beautiful view of the countryside sunsets. 4 large Bedrooms, 3 baths and 2 family rooms. 3 bedrooms all on the main level. The shed and garage are NOT for access and the doors will be locked.
Storage room in the basement is locked and NOT for access.

Other things to note. No smoking in the house. If smoking outside only by the firepit and use smoker receptacle. No pets allowed in the house or anywhere on the property. If the house smells like smoke or pet odor, there will be an additional $300 cleaning fee.

DO NOT Climb on the fence or pull on the bars. They are easily damaged, and guest may have to pay a damaged/replacement fee.

NO CLIMBING on: trees, top of swing set, outside of playhouse, or sitting on top of the hottub cover. If any of these are damaged, you can incur an additional fee of $500 and up. Hot tubs and fences are expensive to fix so please respect our home, or you will incur fees for broken or damaged items.

All guests must read and follow the Hot Tub Safety Rules posted at the house for hot tub and playground. No hair dye or self-tanning allowed to be done at the house or if recently done do not use the hot tub as it will come off and leave stains in the tub.

House is 1 Block from the St. Marys Riverside Park which also has a walking trail, basketball, Frisbee Golf, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, playground equipment and shelter houses.

St. Marys, KS, is a town rich in history. The magnificent Immaculata Church opened in May 2023. The Largest SSPX-built Church in the World!

St. Marys Pay Station Museum is a fun way to spend the afternoon learning more about the history of St. Marys. Only open 1 pm to 4 pm, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Local businesses around town are Country Store, Coffee Shop, apparel & home decor, plant market, Catholic bookstore, natural health, computer store, and a variety of restaurants.

Oregon Trail is 5 miles west of St. Marys with great hiking trails and shelter house for picnics.

Paxico, KS: is only 15 miles away that has many antique shops, bar and grill and wineries. Blues Festival in Paxico, KS September 16, 2023. Free Event and Fun!

Tall Corn Festival
The Rossville Tall Corn Festival is an annual event that takes place in Rossville, Kansas. The festival is held on the second weekend of August every year1. The event started almost 100 years ago on a hot summer weekend as a way for the town to kick off harvest season2. The festival features fine art, fine craft, crafts, film, commercial/retail, homegrown products and corp./information exhibitors, food booths and street dance on Saturday night on Main Street.
