After a complete renovation, this trendy apartment in the heart of downtown is finally ready for you.
One block from Main Street and two blocks from Talleyrand Park's waterfront, there are a lot of great restaurants and neat little shops nearby.
It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.

Featured as one of Bellefonte's most historic buildings on the Bellefonte Historic Walking Tour and tastefully decorated to delight the heart of every Nittany Lion fan.
Premium mattresses, Comforters, sheets, and pillows plus towels and toiletries provided along with an iron and a steamer.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 has 2 TwinXL beds
I can also add a high-end inflatable bed in the living room.


Fully-stocked kitchen with a KEURIG (with Latte option) and a full co0mplement of coffee syrups.
Roku and YoutubeTV with Disney, Apple TV, Hulu, etc
The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. It is a short staircase.
Parking for 1 car in front of the building during the day plus free parking on the street and in the municipal parking lot across the street on evenings and Sundays for additional vehicles.

The apartment met our needs. It was very cold when we got there, but we called and got an extra heater, which helped a lot. We planned to stay 6 nights, but only stayed 4 nights because of an ice storm. I think it would be a nice place for a weekend stay. We had to get a can opener and mixing bowls because there weren’t any in the apartment. Not all the windows had blinds. They would be nice to have especially in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment is within walking distance of many little shops.

Great location close to everything! You are able to walk the downtown and the river very easily. The apartment had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and the check in instructions were easy. The building is a little older and doesn’t retain heat as well so make sure you bring warmer clothes for a winter stay. They did have a space heater in the bedroom to use so that was great! Overall a good stay, would come back again!

Well equipped apartment with all we needed for a brief stay in the area while visiting family. Only concern was the temperature. We were quite cold which is unusual for us but found a small space heater that warmed the bedroom up nicely for us to sleep and we moved it to the bathroom so our showers would be more comfortable in the morning. Very nice coffee service set up and we appreciated the biscotti and cookies left to snack on. Firm but comfortable mattress and very nice pillows and linens. Great communication from the host on checking in and directions.

We stayed here for the night before freshman college dropoff and the night after. It was about a 10/15 min drive to campus and soooo easy. Cute town to walk around and great restaurants nearby. Our pup stayed with us and it was great! Communication was excellent, the place is ADORABLE! Beds are comfy, super clean, the coffee bar is amazing and it was great!!!!!

We loved everything about it! Amazing PSU decor and vibe and walking distance to the park and town. Spent the night before moving my son into College and will definitely be back again in the near future! Host was excellent with communication and it was very clean and comfortable.

This property definitely lived up to the VRBO description! Due to skyrocketing rates & plummeting service at the PSU boutique hotel where we normally stay, we decided to give VRBO a try. We were NOT disappointed and loved the PSU-themed apartment! Bellefonte is a lovely community and just 12 miles from PSU. The apartment was clean, appealingly furnished, and included a fascinating array of PSU memorabilia.The kitchen was modern and well stocked. Plenty of towels and face cloths, and the beds were so comfortable. The hosts were also fantastic about keeping in touch. Thanks for a 5-star visit!

Perfect little apartment

What a cute little apartment. Perfect for our family: 2 adult, teenage boy, and our dog. The location is quiet and close to everything you need. It was a short 15 minute drive to State College. The historic Victorian town of Bellefonte is so pretty. The old historic movie theater is converted into an antique shop, the staff was great with giving us some history talks. Talleyrand Park was gorgeous. We tried three local coffee shops that were all amazing: My Cafe Buzz (they have coffee ice cubes!), Bonfatto's (the Cafe Freddo with oat milk and their homemade Lavender syrup was to die for!) and Shaky Hands Coffee Shop; all 0.2 mile walk. We were also spoiled with coffee as the apartment had a Keurig with Latte option and a ton of coffee syrups. There was also a tea kettle and tea options. Comfy beds, lots of blankets, window AC unit kept us nice and cold. The fridge was clean, and plenty of cooking pots/pans/utensils to use. The host was prompt to answer our questions and was more than accommodating for our needs! Jess really went above and beyond to assure we were comfortable, THANK YOU! We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Concert get away

We went to a concert at Bryce Jordan center. Checked into house then walked for dinner. Drove to concert then back to house. Next morning walked around town and had breakfast. It was a great location and perfect size for an over night

PSU Mom’s weekend

My daughter is a freshman at PSU and it was so fun to stay amongst all the memorabilia. It was such an easy drive to get to campus and in the middle of a scenic small town. I would stay again.

Weekend stay

There was awesome communication from the owners, check in/out was great, couldn’t ask for a better location. It is a very nice, cozy apartment with all the amenities one could need. We had a great time.

Great place!

Lovely PennState themed apartment, all of the amenities. It took us about 15 minutes to get to state college using Uber on the Friday night before the Ohio State game which wasn’t bad at all. It did take longer on game day though so if you are there for a big game plan accordingly. The apartment was clean and they were well stocked with hygiene items if you forgot anything. Communication was great. Would definately recommend!
