The best location in Breckenridge! Bright two bedroom condo (second bedroom is a loft) offers the best of both worlds with easy access to the ski resort and downtown.. Walk to the Snowflake lift in the winter time. Main Street is just a short five minute walk away. Relax in the shared hot tub nestled among the pines in the backyard. Sleeps six. Dogs welcome (SEE FEE DETAILS BELOW)
We are pleased to supply our guests with a variety of essentials to elevate the comfort and value of our home. The property comes stocked with a generous supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, air freshener, daily shower cleaner, designated make up towels), kitchen products (a variety of cleaning supplies, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags), and complimentary locally roasted coffee.
1 bedroom plus open loft / 2 bathroom well maintained condo with private balcony and large shared hot tub.
The condo sleeps up to six guests. There is a queen size bed in the main level bedroom, two twin beds in the second-level loft with ensuite bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals that can be enjoyed together in the dining area that seats six.
Wildwood Suites is located in a quiet cul de sac, with easy access to Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Snowflake Lift is a five minute walk away, or the free shuttle picks up a half-block from the front of the building. Ski back from Peaks 8 or 9 via Four O'Clock Run (ranked as easy terrain). End your day with a refreshing soak in the hot tub nestled among the pines in the backyard.
In addition, Main Street is also a short five minute walk where you will find plenty of dining, shopping, and nightlife options.
During the summer and fall, several hiking and biking trails are accessible close by. There are picnic tables & charcoal grills located next to Sawmill Creek in the backyard of the complex for your enjoyment.
PETS - Up to two, well-behaved dogs are permitted with an additional fee. The fee is $25 per dog, per night. Please specify if you plan on bringing a pet so that the fees may be adjusted accordingly.
PARKING - There is parking for ONE vehicle only. Permit is required and will be issued upon check-in.

I have called Breckenridge home for over ten years now and spend my free time snowboarding in the backcountry with my husband, hiking with my dogs, exploring in the mountains and traveling to new places. As an avid traveler myself, I strive to provide spaces that are comfortable, clean and enjoyable. My favorite part of being a property host is helping my clients open their homes to wonderful guests eager to experience life in the Rocky Mountains. Breckenridge is a picturesque little ski town in the heart of the Rockies that has so much to offer from world class skiing and snowboarding to endless outdoor exploration. The Wildwood Suites condos are in the best location! Ski in off of Four O'Clock Ski Run and walk five minutes to the Snowflake Lift. It is also only a five minute walk to historic, downtown Breckenridge where you will find an array of great dining and shopping experiences. Breckenridge is filled with creative little treasures that you will discover around every corner. Entertainment options are plentiful with lots of talented, local bands, the Breckenridge Backstage Theater, the Breckenridge Repertory Orchestra and more. Once you have enjoyed the liveliness of downtown, retreat back to the condo that is located in a very quiet mountainside cul de sac.
