Welcome to this updated historic bungalow in Midtown Memphis, just a short walk from Cooper-Young’s restaurants, cafés, and bars. The home is centrally located in Midtown Memphis with easy access to the city’s top attractions. Downtown, Beale Street, and the FedEx Forum are roughly 10 minutes away, and Graceland is about 12 minutes. The home is also close to Christian Brothers University (2 minutes), Rhodes College (8 minutes), and the University of Memphis (10 minutes), as well as the Medical District and the airport.

Loved the charm of the home! Location was great- close to downtown and nearby restaurants. The beds were super comfortable. Parking was easy. We had a great weekend in Memphis and would stay here again!

It's a cute older home that has been remodeled very nicely. We stayed for two nights and it fit our schedule of coming and going. We hung out on the front porch swing during a light rain.

Wonderful Stay!

Very charming home! The Elvis pictures & other artwork were a nice touch to the overall feel. I liked the tall ceilings and spacious bedrooms. We walked our dog on the quiet street and got to see the other lovely houses in the neighborhood. The train noises weren't bad at all. The backyard is private & quiet. Very comfortable bed sheets & linens... I want to get those for my own home! Had plenty of towels, and everything we would need in the kitchen - including a Keurig :) Countertops were beautiful ... and the couch was so comfy my son eneded up sleeping there one night. The 4 TV's were Awesome and we were able to sign-in to all our subscription accounts no problem. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great stay over July 4th!

House was as pictured, plenty of space for our family of 5. House was very clean. Good location to popular Memphis sights and neighborhood was quiet. There is a train that runs throughout the day, but did not hear the train overnight. We enjoyed our stay at the charming cottage!

This place was a complete disaster!!!!

I booked this location off looking at the pictures which are very deceiving. The house has a bad smell throughout the entire house. The front door closed but can easily be kicked down bc it has shifted! The floors are uneven it’s like you’re walking down hill. The neighborhood is in the hood with a train track in the middle of the road. The area alone will make you feel unsafe. And the host!!!! Very unprofessional bad attitude and does not care about the customer at all. She’s all for the money she receives from false advertising. I booked this house for 4 days and did not stay one! She refused a refund or a partial refund. I would not recommended this house to anyone!!!! I’ve never had this type of experience in my life.

Memphis fun!

This is a nice clean, well kept home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you may need. The back yard was great for letting the dogs in and out. It is a great location for getting around Memphis. It's close to downtown and only about 20 minutes from Graceland. We will definitely reserve again if we return to Memphis in the future.

Nice place

Our stay was great. Perfect size for our family and dog. The back yard was small but cute and a plus for us. There is a lot of noise from the trains and Fedex planes day and night but we weren't too bothered by it. A couple things I think could be improved upon is with the hvac limitations ceiling fans would be great as we got hot at night, and a few extra amenities such as a hair dryer, extra toilet paper and the use washeranddryer/dryer

The location was very good and the home was very quaint and clean. The street the home is on is very quiet. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again, and I'm picky.

We appreciated our stay. Though this house is a bit close to the train tracks, it was mostly quiet, and we felt safe. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be an improvement. Overall, this was a great value, and the back yard was super!

Everything was great with this property. My only complaint is that there is a train track across the street and trains run during the night. However, of the 4 adults that stayed there I was the only one who noticed.

I love the Cooper Young area because of the great local shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes all within a 15 minute walk. The homes are also historic and the neighbors are very friendly. It is also easy to access any part of the city within a short drive.
