Our new construction 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is perfectly located for your stay in Perry. Located less than one mile from Interstate 75, the apartment is two blocks to downtown and two miles to the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agriculture Center.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full beds to comfortably accommodate up to six people. The apartment has all new furnishings and is fully stocked for your stay.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy along with a small outdoor space. At over 900 square feet you’ll have plenty of room to stay a couple of days or a couple of weeks. Our apartment is fully stocked with the essentials you will need on your stay in beautiful Perry. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood next to downtown. The City's Andrew Heights Park is just across the street to enjoy.

The dining table seats up to 4 adults and there are two bar stools for additional seating at the bar.
