This single-level ranch style home is open-concept but cozy, with plenty of room to accommodate up to 8 guests.

The beach is clean, quiet, and just a 5 minute drive away for you to sunbathe, swim, read, and relax. There are also a number of restaurants and beach-themed shops nearby.

Best Rental in Holden Beach area

Very clean, well maintained, has everything you need, comfortable beds, good bathrooms and showers, even a nice porch. We love it!

This home is SPACIOUS. wide open tons of space and a working two car garage!!! About a 7 minute drive to holden beach pier for beach parking. About 2-3 minutes to food lion for groceries. The location is perfect. Plenty of bathroom towels provided. Working washer and dryer. Neighborhood is very quiet and just off the main street. Owners were communicative and responsive. Highly highly recommended staying here. Would 100% stay here again!

had a great time

clean and neat property close to Smacnalleys and Provision Co. (the two places we wanted to eat) and easy access to grocery store and cute shops. Very large rooms, everything neat and clean. It is a manufactured type of home surrounded by other modular homes and trailers.

Very comfortable home and GREAT location!

Our family had the best time staying here for our annual beach getaway! The house had everything we needed and the hosts were always available if we needed them. The house is in a safe neighborhood with quick and easy access to the beach and local stores. It had all the amenities we needed and everyone had their own space to relax. Holden Beach is by far our favorite beach to visit. It is super laid back and the beach is never crowded. We love that! If you decide to visit Holden Beach, we highly recommend staying at "Holden onto Summer". You won't regret it!

Spur of the moment

This place was great for a four day trip for me and my boyfriend, sister and her boyfriend. Only 5 minutes from the beach. Overall great time!

Great House

This is a great house! So much open space, large kitchen, lots of seating for meals and in living room, even a large laundry room and a nice porch. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood only about 5 minutes away from the beach.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

We will definitely be staying here again! Highlights included a spacious kitchen with lots of counter space, comfy seating in the living room, a large walk-in closet and dual vanity in the master bedroom, and a fenced in yard. The hosts were also quick to respond to any questions!

Would stay again!

We booked Holden onto Summer very last minute due to some rodent issues in a different home and we were so happy with it and it definitely saved our trip! The house was so open and welcoming, with space for everyone. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions we had and were so nice throughout all communications. They even provided sound machines which was a great bonus for our kiddos. We were close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely love to stay again!!

The house is cozy and very spacious, but cooking ware was so old, I highly recommend bring your own if you are local.A/C kept waking my whole family up, LOUD bang every time the A/C turns on and off.The A/C filter door opened up while we went to the beach, A/C filters have not been changed , they were extremely dirty.Maybe have pest control do some work, too many critters (spiders and roaches)Beds are outdated and noisy.Lights kept on flickering Fridge ice maker was not making ice Overall is a good place, just a few hiccups and better maintenance highly recommended
