Lovely villa !!!1st floor : kitchen living room dining room fireplace and bathroom. A/C in all rooms not in living room . 2nd floor there are 2 master bedrooms . 1) bedroom with double bed . 2)nd bedroom with one double bed . 3)rd bedroom with bunk bed. 4) th room with two single beds . balconies .3 bathrooms.

At each departure of our visitors we are making disinfection with professional machine (karcher c4) all over the house due toCOVID19

The space
Comfortable and pleasant space.The living room has two levels where On one is the dining room and on the other level two living rooms with fireplace.
Overlooking the pool and the sea at a distance of 150 meters, it should be noted that there is no air conditioning in the living room.
The 4 bedrooms are comfortable Two are with double bed and have sea view also one has an internal bathroom ..The other two have single beds of which one has bunk beds that sleep three people while the other has two single beds and have poolview.The villa has three bathrooms ,one on each floor and an internal bathroom.
There is a front garden with comfortable terraces on both floors.
And back garden with swimming pool and barbecue (charcoal not provided by host)
In the basement of the villa are the owners who do daily maintenance and cleaning of the pool

All areas of the house are accessible except the basement where there is a staff apartment
The pool area is exclusively for the guests while the front yard of the villa is also used by the owners .

When our guests leave, the entire house and mattresses are disinfected with a special machine (karcher sc4 ) due to COVID19
The villa has outdoor music you’d can bring your favourite songs on a stick while enjoying the swim in there pool.The beaches are 150 m.from the villa .
