This rental was hands down the best rental experience we have ever had!! From booking to checkout, A all around. Easy to reserve, and host Darci was friendly, helpful and attentive from start to finish. Every amenity you could want or need is provided!! We loved the coffee bar! The downtown location is perfection for walking everywhere we wanted to go. We can't wait to visit Seymour again and stay at Green Haven!

This apartment was extremely modern and comfortable. We loved the loft feel and the colorful, clean and bright decor. Darci made sure that we had everything we needed. She even made sure the laundry room was stocked. The coffee bar was a sweet surprise! We loved this apartment and would happily stay here again.

As soon as you walk in it feels like home. It has a relaxing vibe to it. Restaurants are within walking distance. Cute stores near by.

Perfection!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We were there at the passing of a family member and it was the perfect place to go back to. The cleanliness was apparent as soon as you walked up the steps, fun decor and location, the daylight and indoor lighting made it so cheery, and the attention to details, had everything we needed and more. We have never stayed at a place that had the small touches like this one. Thank you so much for our stay!!!

Green Haven is the best.

This property is everything and more. You only need to provide your food. There is area for all your needs from a five year old to your older members. The pictures do not truly show all the amenities.

We really enjoyed your home! It was beautiful and fun for us even though our stay was short it was still comfortable and homey! We’re hoping to come back and stay longer! Would definitely recommend this rental!

Darci is by far one of the best host I’ve ever stayed with. We needed to check in early because of an event we were attending and she made it happen! She even offered a later checkout time! Her place was perfect and extremely clean. I would definitely recommend her spot to anyone!

Amazing place!

I stayed with a few friends for a local wedding. We were impressed with the place as soon as we walked in. The host was amazing to communicate with and cared about us during our stay. The place has everything you could need on short notice. It was a nice location with good local restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone who was wanting to visit the area!

Location!!!!

I was so excited i found this place to stay at, it was beyond convenient for everything we needed and wanted. It looked amazing so then when we arrived it was exactly what i thought it would be and way way more! We all agreed that if and when we come back to the area we will 100% stay here again. I have always been fascinated with taxpayer units and never got to stay in one until now, and it delivered. The decor was well thought out and perfect. The car show outside was a shocker but was awesome as we were here for a wedding and the reception was the copper top which made us very nervous. The car show was over 30 mins before the reception so the 264 guest had some places to park. Thankgod. I was taken back by the antifa gathering at the tea place a few doors down. I was literally about to bring my wife and kids there for tea but they were closed anyways. Hope that was just a fluke because the down town area has so much more potential. The master bed caught me off and almost threw my back out jumping on it, but oddly enough we slept very well on it. Fantastic unit, hope others along the downtown follow suit. Thankyou again for the amazing stay.
