convenient clean great location ample room

Nice property, ample room for everyone including the dog. Convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. On a quiet street but close to everything.

Convenient Location

Host has been great. Access to beach etc. limited now due to recent storms but sunny and beautiful. House is clean and tidy. I would suggest new blinds and windows washed. I would also suggest main TV access to local channels to watch football! We were working on my house that was damaged in Milton - but we had a nice place every night to cook dinner and chill out. Easy access to Taco Truck, Farlow’s, Publix and Winn Dixie.

Refuge from Hurricane Milton

The manager, CODY, was the nicest, most accommodating guy! The house had everything we needed, and it was clean and well stocked. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE! Ideal home for dog owners, because there is a dog door and a fenced in yard. We actually live 3 blocks from here, but the hurricane floods made my home uninhabitable. It was great being close by for clean up and repair work. I’m very grateful!

Summer Vacay near the Beach

We were very satisfied with our stay here! The location was perfect and the house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pup, Lily. We brought our small boat and there was plenty of room to park it in the driveway between uses. The only problem is we didn’t want to leave! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Place and Location

My family and I had a wonderful time. This house was the perfect size for us and the location was excellent! Close enough to the beach as well as my daughter's wedding venue! Plus, Walmart and Publix were less than a mile away! Everything was in the house that we needed for our mini vacation.

Vencindario tranquilo acogedor casa muy comoda con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa cocina con provisiones camas muy comodas todo muy limpio amplio decoracion perfecta detalles como libros y juegos manuales para entretenerse muy cerca de la playa y otros exelentes detalles mas; solo tienes que ir alli y lo comprobaras.

Calm and Relaxing Property close to Beaches!!

This property was perfect for our family! It was close to the beaches, restaurants, stores, and the price was excellent! The owners communicated well and answered all of our questions which was super helpful. The only thing I would say to future renters would be to make sure you bring all of your own beach gear since the property does not provide these things. This of course was not a problem at all for us since we had what we needed from home. We had such a relaxing and peaceful stay. We hope to stay again in the near future. Thank you so much!

The host was great. Easy to contact and friendly.

This house is perfect, especially for the price. The drive to the beach is quick and easy, the teens say it's 3 min away, that how it feels. Best of all worlds, very quiet older neighborhood, close to all restaurants and stores off or on the island. There are two bedrooms up front and a bedroom with a separate living room in the back of the house. Kitchen is fully functional and a big laundry room. I worked from the house most of the weekend while the kids (teens) went back and forth to the beach and fished. This is a very clean house close to the beach and the price is great.

Home away from home

Stay was easy and the house was well equipped. Unbeknown to the owner. There was a hot tub listed on the site and there was no hot tub but I pointed the mistake out to the owner and he corrected it right away and worked with us to compensate us for the mistake. I really appreciate it. It was easy check-in easy check out And the house side of everything we needed for comfort

A wonderful low-key vacation!

What a nice, clean, comfortable stay we had! This property is kind of like staying at your grandmother's house without having to deal with all the embarrassing family stories. Seriously, the home was clean and spacious with plenty of room for 4 of us to hang out and relax. There are laundry facilities, a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, two coffeeakers, and a charming screened in porch as well as two living room areas. You are in a neighborhood so you may be awakened by someone deciding to cut down a tree at 7:30 am but that's the worst we can say. Property manager answered our questions within moments and was very responsive. You are right off one of the main connecting roads to everywhere but are on a dead end street so it is quiet (except for the afore-mentioned chainsaw). It looks just like the pictures so no surprises! Thanks for a great experience!!
