Gorgeous, top floor home with incredible views and great location.
Large 2 BD / 2 BA (>1,400 sf) with one parking spot in garage. This top floor unit has plenty of light and unmatched views from both indoor and outdoor living areas. There is a fantastic and large private terrace (22’ x 9’ ), all furnished, off of the living room, with views of the SF Bay and East Bay hills. The home is very comfortable, with a large, open concept living space, including 65” flat screen tv, gas fireplace, dining area and a full-size kitchen with plenty of counter space and modern appliances.
The large main bedroom with king size bed has an ensuite bathroom and plenty of closet space. Blinds and shutters ensure a very dark room for sleeping. The second bedroom has lots of light, reclaimed hardwood floor and a small southwest facing balcony. It is fitted with a brand new, very comfortable queen-sized murphy bed (firm mattress) that adds versatility to this room. Built in desk space and a power-standing desk which can be rolled to other parts of the home as needed.
The two bathrooms have been renovated recently and have skylights that provide plenty of natural light.
Transportation is a breeze with Caltrain a few steps away, freeway access just a few blocks away, and plenty walkability to nearby stores, bars, and restaurants. Chase center is a 15 minute walk, if every you want to catch a game or concert.
This is our home, where we currently live. We'll be away for a few months over the winter and it would be great for the place to be used and enjoyed by someone in the meantime.

We love Dogpatch/Potrero Hill because its always sunny, short walking distance to a small beach (Crane Cove), plenty of fun restraunts, and art galery, and it is also super conveniently located for public trasnportation, freeways and the airport!
