Summary:
Looking for a condo with panoramic gulf views that is centrally located next to all the action...check out "The Seaside Soiree' " located at Island Royale! Located only 1 mile from the Hangout and all the best Gulf Shores has to offer, staying in this unit will not disappoint! Enjoy the immediate beach access, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness gym, and quick access to the unit located on the 10th floor! Sleeping 6, bring your entire family or if you're looking for a couples' retreat, book with us!
The Space:
Upon entering the unit, you will see the laundry room located immediately on the right with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.
To the left is the first bedroom with a queen mattress and en-suite bathroom which is also accessible through the hallway.
Walking further into the unit you will see the fully stocked kitchen on the right then dining room then living room with sleeper couch.
Directly across from living room is the master bedroom with king size mattress and en-suite bathroom. Private balcony access is located through the master bedroom.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to everything inside unit 1003 and the indoor pool/exterior pool, hot tub, fitness gym, and beach access.
The Neighborhood:
Island Royale is located only 1 mile from Gulf Shores Pkwy and located next to the Gulf State Park with 28 miles of bike/walking trails.
Located conveniently across the street is Ike's Beach Service where you can rent any beach equipment, kayaks, boat rentals, etc!
When exiting the complex you can enjoy everything Gulf Shores has to offer like the Hangout, ice cream shops, shopping, and more!
Need to buy groceries? Publix, Rouses Market, and Walmart Supercenter is located only a few miles away!
Getting Around:
Upon entering the complex you can park anywhere in an open spot. You will see the guards located next to elevators where parking passes can be purchased.
You can use the carts located on 1st floor and bring your luggage up to the 10th floor. Upon exiting the elevators, take a left and unit 1003 will be the first unit on the right.
Other Things to Note:
Please use the dining room table, bar stools, or balcony chairs for eating meals to avoid stains on furniture.

Island Royale is an incredible complex in the heart of Gulf Shores! Located on 1 mile from the Hangout and all the shopping/restaurants! This complex has an outdoor pool/indoor pool, hot tubs, kid pool, gym, and immediate beach access.
Walk out the balcony door either through the living room or primary bedroom to enjoy the panoramic gulf views!
