Welcome to Great8 Farms!. Come and have an enjoyable stay in this private 8.5-acre Incredible farmhouse located in Princeton, TX. Sip your morning coffee with the beautiful sunrise view and the birds singing at our front porch “where wasting time is considered time well spent”. For getaway weekends, family reunions, and romantic night outs, this property has it all covered with a 4Bed/2bath farmhouse, an in-ground pool (not heated) and heated spa(available 365 days), and a huge outdoor living space to entertain large families.

Media and game room. We have renovated our barn and we have added a new media/game room space. Guest are now allowed to book this space (needs separate reservation). We have a 250" screen to watch your favorite movies/games using guest's private Amazon/ Netflix account, we have billiard pool table, poker game and a bar space. Please contact the host to book this space.

The property has four security cameras and recording devices. Cam1 located on the main gate (ON 24 hrs, 365 days). Cam 2 located on the right side of the main door when you enter the house (ON 24hrs 365 days). Cam 3 located on the north side of the house (ON 24 hrs, 365 records). Cam 4 pool side (OFF until the guests checks out). There are no other cameras in the house. Guest privacy is very important( in the private areas ) is important to us. Guest need not worry about anything when they stay in our farmhouse. Enjoy, relax and rewind!!

Wonderful Stay

We loved the outdoor space and were able to relax outside and enjoy the weather and the hot tub. It was so spacious. The host was fantastic and checked in daily and was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place!

Great 8 Farm St

We had a great time at the Great8 Farm. It was private and peaceful. The pool was fun and the accommodations were top notch. It’s also close to Barnhill Vineyards & downtown McKinney. Sara was a great host and we look forward to visiting again.

Making Life Long Memories at the Farmhouse

When we first arrived at the property, I was incredibly impressed that the home was more beautiful in person than the pictures portrayed. The host had provided goodies in the kitchen that were a surprise and ended up being great to munch on during our stay. They were very accommodating in letting us delivery groceries ahead of time since I was worried that food would be scarce due to the eclipse. Everyone in the family had a blast and kept complimenting me on finding this home for our family vacation. We had five adults and five children and did not feel at all cramped. Even though the weather was a little windy and cool, the kids still had a great time playing in the pool because they could warm up in the spa. Having two living areas was great for the big family so the kiddos could watch cartoons while the grown-ups spent time together, along with an outdoor living area as well! The kids also loved getting to all bunk together in one room for a giant cousins sleepover every night. We ended up watching the eclipse from the pool deck - the kids managed to take a quick break from swimming. Also, even though it felt very secluded and away from town, DoorDash and Ubereats still had plenty of options when we didn't feel like venturing out. All of the necessities were there for grilling out and making meals for the family. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, was very well taken care of, and the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nice. Thank you!
