It is 6.8 miles from downtown & 8 miles from QUEEN CREEK MARKETPLACE!

The Space:
BEDROOM COUNT, CONFIGURATION and AMENITIES:
1) MASTER BEDROOM: (sleeps max. of 4) 1 King-Size Bed with New Sealy Posturepedic Mattress plus one Queen-size sofa sleeper, writing desk, en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet, spa-tub, separate his/hers sinks, 60" HD smart TV and separate entry to the pool area.

BEDROOM #2: (sleeps max. of 2) King-Size Bed with New Sealy Posturepedic Mattress, two nightstands, 50" HD smart TV, full length mirror, sitting area, and ceiling fan.

BEDROOM #3 : King-Size Bed with New Sealy Posturepedic mattress, two nightstands, one dresser, 50" HD smart TV, full length mirror, and ceiling fan.

BEDROOM #4: Queen-size Bed with New Sealy Posturepedic mattress, two nightstands, one dresser, 50" HD smart TV, full length mirror, walk-in closet and ceiling fan.

BEDROOM #5: (sleeps max. of 5) two bunk-beds with new mattresses (one full-sized bed and 3 twin beds), sitting area, writing desk, full-length mirror, ceiling fan and dresser.

BATHROOM COUNT & CONFIGURATION:
BATHROOM 1: Located in the Master Bedroom, double sinks plus makeup vanity, spa-tub and separate shower, large walk-in closet with shelves & hooks and a full-length mirror.

BATHROOM 2: Large Jack-n-Jill Bathroom located between two bedrooms. It has one double sink, and a separate area for the tub/shower combo, the commode and a third sink. This is a well-thought out combination so that if the shower is occupied, the double sink area can still be used to get ready.

BATHROOM 3: Full bathroom with stand-up shower located off the Great Room. This bathroom doubles as a convenient pool bath since there is a door leading to the pool area.

POOL & SPA:
-Sparkling clean 6-person spa with lid-lift assist to make it easy to open & close.
-Large Custom-Built Pool has a Swim up bar, rain-curtain water feature plus four other water features, a large Baja shelf and night time pool lights.
-Lots of lounge chairs for Sunbathing or relaxing by the pool.
-The spa is heated year round for our guests.
-Pool heat is optional & available upon request.
Pool Heat is not included in cost for lodging. Pool Heat fee is $175/night (3 night minimum). For 7 nights or more, Pool Heat is discounted to $900/week. If choosing pool heat please ask at least 2 weeks in advance.
-PLEASE NOTE: If you have pool heat, the water features (the rain curtain, water deck jets, etc..) will not be active during your stay because the water features cool the water down and counteracts the heater.

Guest Access:
Guest will receive front door entry code on day of arrival by 4pm Check-in

Other Things to Note:
** IMPORTANT INFORMATION**:
1) This property is on "Deep-Water Irrigation" which means that the front and back grassy area of the yard will be flooded with approx. 2-3 inches of water once per month. The water, which penetrates the ground within 48 hours, helps to keep our many fruit trees alive. While we hope this wouldn't be disruptive to your stay, it is necessary to allow irrigation to take place.

2)The unique benefits of this home are (1)Wonderful Property Managers who live on-site in a private Casita who are available to answer questions or give assistance but otherwise like their own privacy, go about their day and respect your privacy.


3) Pool Heat is not included in cost for lodging. Pool Heat fee is $175/night. For 7 nights or more, Pool Heat is discounted to $900/week. If choosing pool heat please ask at least 2 weeks in advance.

4) This Property is for LODGING ONLY for the maximum number of allowable guest. Gatherings or parties of any type (including day-use for local friends and family) are not allowed. Also, NO LOUD NOISE.

5) We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law.

6)The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy!
However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide in Welcome Packet. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition, so that the next guest may enjoy it, too.
If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to:
- Low water level
- Greenish or otherwise “unusual” water color
- Or similar issues
We will charge a $200 fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition.

7) We have a security system at this property.
