Situated right on the shores of Lake June in Winter, this laid-back resort community boasts an on-site boat launch, along with three piers for fishing/boat docking, a fish-cleaning station, an ice machine, and a family-friendly swimming area. There's even on-site parking for your boat trailer or jet ski! The public park down the street has a boat launch that can accommodate vessels too large to launch from the resort's ramp. A variety of waterfront bars and restaurants can be found just a short cruise across the lake. You'll also be just a mile's walk from Main Street shops, bars, restaurants, and the Lake Placid Farmers Market. Sebring Raceway is only 12 miles away, making this a great home base for race fans.

The condo features a cottage-style layout and a single-story floor plan that offers equal parts privacy and convenient accessibility. The full kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking and there's also a private gas grill out on the deck for afternoon cookouts and fish fries. Home essentials include central air-conditioning and free WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
