A modern two bedroom, two bathroom condo at the Sports Village Resort. Trendy & Comfortable for a long weekend in the beautiful St George area.

A nice, modern feel to a classic resort with all the amenities for your family. This condo sits on the rim with a spectacular view of Pine Valley Mtn., and Snow Canyon. The patio goes onto a nice expanse of lawn creating a great environment to relax, dine outside, or play family games. The kitchen is a dream with all-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with all the utensils you will need to whip up your favorite family meals. (No BBQ's are allowed in the Sports Village Complex.)

From the kitchen into the living room and dining area there is an ample amount of seating for everyone to enjoy each other's company or watch a movie on the flat screen TV after a fun day in the sun. The TV's are streaming ONLY. We do not have cable so make sure you know your Netflix account to sign into. We do have a Hulu account for you to enjoy the basics on.

A full-size washer and dryer is provided for your use and convenience.

This condo is on the bottom/ground floor, approximately 20 steep stairs down from the entrance of Building R to the front door of the unit. It is not handicap accessible and you must be comfortable with stairs.

PARKING: There is free parking around the community. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV's. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. The Clubhouse is open until 10pm.

Very, very, very dirty! Check your sheets to ensure they’re clean! Spent first day of vacation cleaning so it was ‘liveable’. Internet issues caused spotty, inconsistent service. Kitchen very poorly stocked - bare minimum for pots etc. property management very receptive to all feedback and pictures we submitted - hoping things change for future guests as a result. Great location and amenities outside of the unit.

Perfect location.

Great central location. A little outdated but for two guys on a golf trip it was perfect. Everything was within a twenty minute drive.

Bring your own cleaning supplies, or just don't stay here

I’ll say something good at the end of this, but the bad far outweighs the good. The small bathroom in the place was filthy. There was mildew, dirt and I’m pretty sure feces on the walls and ceiling. We talked with the contact for the place and sent them pictures of the filth, asked the contact to please send someone to clean the bathroom on three different days, but every day were told that they were too busy to have a cleaner come over. So we just avoided using the bathroom. The hallway had a pipe replaced and there was drywall dust all over the hallway. We were able to talk with the maintenance guy for the property and he told us that he replaced the pipe the day before we got there, but never had time to clean up. So the general attitude of the place is sort of a "who cares if it's clean or not, you already paid us". I bet the other units are nice, but this one was not. Additionally there was a big mirror in the middle of the bedroom floor that we had to move, the couch has stains all over it, and there were three different light bulbs that were burned out making the poorly lit place even darker. I would not stay at this place again. The one good thing is that my kids had fun swimming and playing all the games at the clubhouse.

This property had a nice view of the mountains, kitchen was nice. Was not aware this property was three stories, with narrow uneven steps & walk ways. Beds were not comfortable, bedding & carpet full of stains. Not sure if the children in the unit above me were full time residents or not, had early wake up times because of the children. The pictures were misleading.
