This stylish house is perfect for friends and families to get together.
Modern, spacious property conveniently located in Nottingham, Pear Tree House is a chalet bungalow that has been extensively renovated to provide a lovely family home. Conveniently located for QMC Hospital, Nottingham University, the M1 J25 (5 min drive), East Midlands Airport, Donnington Park and more. Pet friendly property
The space
Pear Tree House has wonderful living space, with an open plan dining and kitchen area with a separate lounge. The spacious kitchen and dining room opens on to a decking area, which leads on to a stunning landscaped garden. Perfect for alfresco dining!
There are 5 bedrooms in the property – Four double bedrooms with two offering the flexibility of king or twin beds. Please advise requirement when booking. There is also a smaller single fifth bedroom on the first floor, which also has a games room area comprising of a TV with DVDs, Playstation and various games available.
Pear Tree House is perfect for friends & family to get together, with off road parking for 3-4 cars, and plenty of on road parking for further vehicles.
A well-equipped kitchen comprising of fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave and more. A well kitted out utility room with washing machine and dishwasher add to the house’s amenities.
There is a BBQ, with comfortable seating to eat al fresco.
Guest access
The whole property including private garden will be available for you.
Access to the front of the property is via a few steps. There is also a driveway to the side which allows access to the back of the property.
Other things to note
The property is conveniently located as follows:
* Less than a ten minute walk to the Toton Lane Tram Stop which gives you good access to the universities and Nottingham town centre
* 300m to the nearest bus stop
* Five minute drive from Junction 25 of the M1
* Less than ten minutes drive to the University of Nottingham
* Dogs are welcome. £50 charge per dog per stay. Please ensure that no pets are allowed on the beds or furniture.
* Please respect our neighbours and the surroundings and limit noise outdoors at all times.
* Please note no smoking in the house. If we become aware of smoking indoors there is a £300 deep cleaning charge.
